Enjoy dazzling views from the entire living space and the master bedroom in this light and airy, comfortable villa. It has tile floors in the entry, kitchen, dining area and bathrooms and carpet in the rest of the villa. Large flat panel TV in the living room and free WiFi. This villa is close to the pool, spa and health club. You will find the complimentary golf cart parked in space 30 below the villa. The views are well worth the 68 steps from the road! 860 SF. H230 | | Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations. | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August).

Overall, great place. There are a lot of stairs, but that is pretty much anywhere in HC.

A great place to enjoy the ocean! The condo was clean and surprisingly spacious, and the check-in was really easy. Plus, it came with a golf cart that we used to get into town. The condo is just a bit outside of Avalon, which was actually nice because we were not always in the middle of the busy town. As other reviewers have noted, there is a walk up a few flights of stairs, but the view of the ocean is amazing. We hope to be back!

The rental was great. We liked the private beach considering how busy the other beach was. The golf cart was a great addition. The pull out couch was not clean at all. It had dirty spots all over it. Ewww. Nobody wanted to use it. This needs to be addressed.

Hamilton Cove is a treasure. It’s a gorgeous property with stunning ocean views, spacious, quiet, and has access to a private beach. Golf carts were a big bonus to getting around town and easy to maneuver. Be prepared for MANY steps at this property. There are no elevators and you have to carry luggage up when you arrive and down when leaving. There are minor things that need some upgrades but we didn’t mind. However, the views and large balcony completely make up for it! This property is away from the hustle and bustle but not far from town. It’s like a mini Mediterranean resort. Highly recommend.

Quiet and Relaxing

In Avalon for scuba diving and location was perfect for a quick drive to the dive park. The stay was quiet and relaxing.

Great location island getaway

We had a great time at the condominium over looking the ocean. We felt like we were in Greece but we never had to leave California. The kitchen was a little outdated and you could tell there had been no cosmetic changes since the condominium was constructed, but that is such a minor issue.The biggest complaint I would have was with the listing for the condominium. We had six people staying and the condominium was set up for six people. However, the listing also said there was a six person golf cart which was not true. There was only a four person golf cart and we had to squish everyone in to get around the island.The rental company provided a 10% discount on the rental price for the mistake which was nice. I do feel satisfied with the outcome but it was only after some pushback from the company because at first they told me the golf cart was complimentary and not included in the price.

Post said it was upstairs, but didnt say it was 8 flights of stairs. 8 flights up and 8 fligjts down when ever you wanted to go out. TV in master bedroom didnt work. Maintenence said the switcher went bad. Found ants in the kitchen and master bathroom. Post says a few minutes walk to town, but actually 2 miles on hilly roads. Not walkable to town since there are no sidewalks and youd be dodging cars. View was spectacular, but the climb up and down the stairs wasnt worth it.

Beautiful property, breathtaking view!

This property was even better in person than the pictures. Felt like you were somewhere in Europe, Greece or Spain. Very clean, comfortable and close to Avalon, just a short 10 minute golf cart drive. The view is spectacular and the property is beautiful and quiet. Lots of stairs but it was not a problem for us. One suggestion would be to have a high top table with high chairs so when on the balcony you can see the beautiful view. Sitting in low chairs the banister blocked the view. Golf cart might need tune up and it stalled one time going a hill. But we were able to put it back in gear and it was fine. We will definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back. Our only complaint was with one of the security guards who was a bit rude to us when my husband stopped at the security gate but did not stop exactly before the line. He asked us to stop at the line next time and we apologized and said yes of course, but he had us back up a couple inches so we were behind the line before he would let us go through. We completely respect the rules but his attitude and demeanor was uncalled for.

The location feels like you've gotten away to Greece, while just leaving the coast of CA. Unfortunately we hit the worst weather of the year. Cold and rainy. We had a beautiful view and comfortable space and kitchen to survive. The golf cart made travel fun, though wet and cold for our trip. You are away from town so the group must gather to head out. People are friendly. The rain did give way to a leak in the master bedroom and a cold master and bathroom which took 2 days to heat up. Again, our weather was unique, so not a typical concern for the location. I would recommend the location to friends and family looking to get away!

Good for a Weekend Stay

Properly location is beautiful and condo was great for two couples. Very spacious and good layout. The properly management company was hard to get a hold of initially until it was the day of check-in, then they were very responsive. Made it a little hard to plan. The golf cart was very unreliable and made climbing those huge hills a little concerning. I highly recommend they replace it ASAP! Overall, we had a great time and would stay again!

Freedom Party

A group of women that have known each other since elementary school. Celebrating my FREEDOM :) It was a beautiful condo with AMAZING views. The only thing I'd mention is that there are a lot of stairs. It was no big deal for all of us (except 1). So if you have stair issues... OUTSIDE of that - it was perfect, and I cant wait to go again!

Hamilton Cove is a bit out of the bustle of Avalon, but lovely and quiet.

The condo was clean and contained all the amenities one would need, including binoculars. Be mindful of the stairs, there are alot!

Love the cove , and will always return

It's time to upgrade the golf cart , leaks fuel and the exhaust fumes are over the top , the condo is not as updated as others we have rented in the past, but overall still a great vacation

Wonderful.

If you are looking for the perfect place to relax, stay at Hamilton Cove. The is breathtaking and the condo was exactly as pictured. The only problem is the number of stairs we had to climb to get to your condo, but it was worth it. The golf card provided allows you to easily get around the island. We will absolutely stay here again.
