Overall, it was a great stay. My friends and I enjoyed ourselves. We had a couple issues upon arrival that were quickly rectified. The concerns I have were more with the actual property itself and not with the condo.

Loved condo itself. But there were a few issues. No wifi in this unit and it says there is. For the first 2 days it rain and water ran in under door. The management team has been taught to deflect any complaints. I waS told to put towels down. The same one's I have got to somehow also use for shower. Saying office is closed .But on envelop they gave me office hours say they should be open .So condo great but I would find one not managed by the Elliot realtor

We’re glad to hear you loved the condo itself — it truly is a great space. That said, we’d like to clear up a few things. Wi-Fi is available in most of our units, but this particular one was listed correctly as not having private Wi-Fi, though guests are welcome to connect to the building network. As for the rain, coastal storms can occasionally cause water intrusion, and our team responded promptly with a practical short-term fix while maintenance was scheduled. We’re sorry that wasn’t the solution you preferred, but our staff did their best to assist given the circumstances and weather. Regarding office hours — they are posted accurately, though after-hours calls are directed to our emergency line for immediate needs. We’re always here to help, but we do expect a little understanding when Mother Nature decides to show up uninvited. We’re glad you enjoyed the condo overall and appreciate the feedback — it helps us improve both communication and guest expectations.
