Spacious Living: Enter an open floor plan featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and sunny living room. The living area opens onto a cozy balcony with comfortable seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks while overlooking the lush grounds and pool.

Modern Comforts: Stream your favorite shows on Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Spectrum cable and free Wi-Fi are included.

Renovated Bathrooms: The primary en suite bath boasts a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower and modern vanity, creating a spa-like retreat. The second bath, accessible from the guest room and living area, includes a tub/shower combo and vanity.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Primary Bedroom: Brand new king-sized bed with an en suite bathroom for ultimate privacy and comfort.

Guest Bedroom: Features a versatile 3-story bunk bed, with a full bed on the bottom and two twin bunks above, perfect for families.

Additional Features: Board games, comfortable linens, and starter amenities for your convenience.

Conveniences:

Full-size washer, dryer, and dishwasher for your convenience.

Beach gear provided, including towels, a wagon, and four chairs for a hassle-free day by the water.



***We are located on the second floor, requiring traversing two flights of stairs... which are a breeze... but wanted to make sure any wheelchair or mobility concerns are noted. There are no elevators at The Spa.***

Pools & Recreation: Two outdoor pools (open April–October), an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, and a fitness center.

The Location:

The Spa on Port Royal Sound is nestled between Fish Haul Park and Mitchellville Park, surrounded by nature preserves and bird sanctuaries. Explore the island’s extensive bike paths, discover Hilton Head’s vibrant dining scene, or play a round at one of over 20 public golf courses nearby.



Additional Details:

Parking: $25 per vehicle for a parking pass, payable at the security gate (credit card only). Maximum of 2 passes.

Accessibility: The villa is located on the 2nd floor, requiring a climb of 1.5 flights of stairs (no elevators available).

Policies: No smoking, no pets, no golf carts, trailers, kayaks, or canoes allowed. Bikes must be secured in designated racks.

Starter Amenities Provided:

Bath towels, toiletries, and clean bed linens for each bed.

Kitchen essentials, including starter packs of laundry/dish detergent, dish soap, trash bags, coffee filters, and paper towels.

Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, cutlery, and dinnerware.

Guest Access:

Enjoy the entire villa! A smart lock code will be provided a few days prior to check-in for easy access to the property. The community is gated and your parking pass will be provided at the front security gate upon arrival with ID and $25 payable by credit card. If you require a second pass (the maximum allowed), it is an additional $25 at the security gate.



The Neighborhood:

The Spa On Port Royal Sound is a hidden treasure! Located in a secluded area of Hilton Head Island, SC. The Spa is nestled between two historic parks - Fish Haul Park and Mitchellville Park. The beach is in a nature preserve and bird sanctuary, offering a wide variety of wildlife to watch and enjoy. The beautifully landscaped gardens and lagoons create the feel of a tropical paradise right outside your villa. The Spa connects directly to Hilton Head’s bike trails. The miles of paths cover virtually the entire Island. Within a short distance from The Spa, there are several Atlantic beachfront public parks with showers, restrooms, and picnic areas. The Island boasts over 20 public golf courses, too many great restaurants to count, movie theaters, and other exciting vacation activities. In addition, there is always an amazing Outlet shopping experience awaiting you, as well as quite a few boutiques, thrift, and local shops close by to find your HHI treasures before you head back home!



You can dig for clams on our beaches from October through May, but you will need a fishing license!! You can purchase the license online or at locations on the island! SC DNR license purchase - check them out online



Getting Around:

Close to the Hilton Head Airport and easy drivability to all the island has to offer. Miles of bike trails can be found across the island from The Spa!

Pest Control

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
