The Space:

Located in The Spa on Port Royal Sound resort community, this 2BR/2BA condo offers ocean views from the private balcony, nearby beach access, and a stellar locale between two parks.



Enjoy so many on-site amenities, including multiple pools, tennis, shuffleboard, basketball, grilling areas, a fitness center, and a playground.



LIVING AREA



The welcoming living area is fitted with a Roku TV and a sleeper sofa.



KITCHEN & DINING



The pristine kitchen offers everything needed to create favorite recipes. When meals are ready, dine at the four-person table.



BED & BATH



This condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.



The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has two twin-size beds. Both bedrooms have a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.



OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES



The private balcony has seating for four and lagoon views.

Boats, including kayaks and canoes, are not permitted on the property.



This unit is located on the second floor. Elevators are not available.

Great stay in Hilton Head

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It feels secure with gated entry, but still easy and convenient to access. The view from the balcony is so relaxing, and the beach is just steps away! I couldn't have asked for anything more. Would definitely return.

Nice location

The apartment was well-situated; it was probably less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. The balcony was big wnough to sit and enjoy coffee or dinner, and the landscaping and pool area were really nice. I loved that there was a bathroom for each bedroom, so we didn't really have to share them! This property was clean and cute, but some of the furnishings could use a refresh; most of the pillow cases were torn, and I think the balcony could use some fresh paint. Overall, this was a nice unit that I would recommend!

Everything was great!

Everything was great. I wish they would have told you in the listing you had to pay to park. I was not expecting to have to pay to park. Overall the house was clean and good.

Wonderful getaway

We loved our stay at this condo and the location. It’s tucked away from the crowds but is still convenient to everything. The condo has a great view and in a relaxing environment. We enjoyed walking on the beach and the sandbars when the tide was low. The condo was clean and comfortable and even had games for us to play at night! We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay

It was a great place to stay when we went for our Marine’s graduation. The accommodations were very nice. The landscaping of the condo was very beautiful. Nice pool and game area. Very interesting beach. Had never been to an inland beach before. it was a great place to explore high tide and low tide were so very different. Highly recommended

this was a last minute booking— as the temps were forecasted to reach the mid 70s in february! what a sweet, lowkey, chill, perfectly appointed condo. less than 200 steps to the sandy beach. an absolute treasure of a rental. thankyou, Turnkey!

Steps away from the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We can see the beach from our balcony which was a nice place to have morning coffee. They had beach chairs for our use, coffee bar. Only negative was we arrived in the dark and could not find building the because the building sign was same color as the building and we were looking for an H on building H and it was “Heron” Not sure if I spelled that right. We found it and the fun began. 😊

It is a lovely and cozzy apartment. It is clean and welcoming . I had to talk with someone in Vacasa. She was super helpful. As other reviewers noticed, the acustica of the building are not great. You hear the neighbors steps

Port Royal Sound

The condo was nice and we were happy with the accommodations. However there was a problem with the heating/cooling system and when we contacted Vacasa they said someone would be in touch with us, but we never heard back. Also, the beach area is not great. The condo is pretty far from the downtown area so we found out you really don’t need to rent bikes, which was a bit disappointing.

Mostly good

We had everything we needed to provide for all members of our family. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.I usually can't sleep when we are out of town but we all slept well during our visit. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Absolutely appreciate a real coffee pot (single cup don't cut it) never take away. My family had a fantastic time at the ocean.Great pictures. Only issue was toilet seats to small for bowl.🥴Also appreciate the dove products.Thanks again.👍

Quiet and peaceful

We loved this property! It’s tucked away and not your average crowded touristy beach. There was lots of wildlife which we loved. If you’re looking for soft sand etc this may not be the beach for you though. The grounds are very well kept and just beautiful. We would stay here again for sure! The only feedback I have is that sometimes the upstairs neighbors were very loud but I’m not sure if there is much anyone can do about that. Otherwise this was a great location and we enjoyed our family vacation to HHI for the first time! Very impressed!

Not for me

Old property with new decor and appliances. Close to the beach and has a decent indoor pool. Some things were broken others needed repair. Rust in places. Checkout time is early 10am. Customer service is useless. Overall I don’t think I got enough value for my money.

Really nice spot. 100% as pictured.

There was a lot to like about this condo. We loved being close to the pier and the beach. We loved the trees and the expansive low tide exploration. The unit looks out at the lagoon, which I was worried would be kitschy, but truly was very nice. You can see the beach from the balcony. The unit was clean, and pretty well appointed. It is exactly as pictured, and has two beach carts, beach toys, cards and games, fans, hairdryers, plenty of extra blankets, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, a keurig and a standard coffee pot, and two towels per guest. It’s an older unit, but pleasantly updated. However we had trouble with one of the toilets and both bath tub drains, and had a slow response from Vacasa. Our only other complaint was that the ceilings were super thin, and we woke up with a bang every morning at 6:30 when the kids above us started moving around. So those are things I wish I’d known. Otherwise it truly was a special little place on the quiet side of the island. *edited to mention that this beach was a birder’s paradise!

Vacation from Hell

This unit had mice which ate through several of our groceries and left droppings in the pots and pans drawer. We reported the issues with pictures the next morning to Vacasa who said they could only report the issue to the on-site office manager. Vacasa said they would provide status updates. We never heard back from Vacasa but there were indications someone had been in our unit four days later (and the day before our departure). Every night we could hear mice scurrying about and our three-year old is quite traumatized by the entire experience. On Sunday we tried to use the bathroom at the larger pool but the doors were locked (a gentleman called security who arrived and unlocked the door). On another day dog excrement was left on the floor of the pool gazebo (again a gentleman at the pool scooped it up and removed it). Even though this resort claimed to be pet-free there were several dogs including a few rather large ones that the owners clearly were having difficulty controlling on their leashes. Plus the noise of a few barking dogs was evident as we walked the grounds. However this noise was dwarfed by the constant roar of planes landing and taking off from the airport just up the street. Lastly we were unable to enjoy the open balcony because of cigarette smoke filtering in from people smoking on nearby balconies. Finally Vacasa feedback: multiple billing mistakes, a manager who lied about my cancellation policy, no issue resolution updates, and an impersonal AI chatbot.

Cozy Place and Great location

We enjoyed our stay in this unit! It was clean and cozy. Comfortable beds. Great view toward pond and pool and wonderful side view to the beach from the balcony. We especially liked that there was a lot of beach gear and toys provided for use! Couple items to add: provide non-stick cooking pan. We also wish the community had on-site recycling.

Great place by the beach

My family of 4 stayed here in mid October and very much enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, a few dust balls under the bed but that's nothing to complain about. I only know that because I was helping my kids look for things they lost. The room is close to the stairs which made getting up and down a little easier, less of a walk, and its very close to the beach, pool, and picnic tables where we used the BBQ a couple times. The house also has beach chairs and sand buckets which was great for the kids on the beach. The only complaint I have is the noise from the upstairs neighbors which I know the property has no control over. You can hear every single footstep through the ceiling which can be quite bothersome. Also, the property bleached the entire outside if the building during our stay which trapped us in the room for quite awhile one day until we could get their attention and run out through the bleach spray. The water was also coming in under the front door that we had to soak up with towels. I'm guessing this was an end of season cleaning type thing but some notice would have been nice so we could move our rental car out of the way and plan to be out of the room before they started. Aside from that, this was a very nice place to stay and we would stay here again.
