Beautiful Villa on Siesta Key

Pool has been resurfaced and looks brand new. We enjoyed having Michelle and her husband stay at our villa. Polynesian Gardens is the best kept and most beautiful condo on the beach.

DO NOT RENT TO THESE PEOPLE I can go into almost any home in America , start ripping the appliances out and crawl around on my hands and knees and find something, who rips the stove out to check for dirt when they rent, think about that. The windows had slight dirt on them from the landscaper blowing leaves, very little, it was almost laughable, I said I would have the cleaning lady back there in the morning and she would be there for 30 minutes, I dont know why he is saying for days, the dishwasher worked fine after he moved out. While I was there looking at a few minor issues he was crawling around on his knees and saying look at that. it was sad to watch, We just rented to someone for the year and he said it was the most beautiful unit he has seen on the island, everyone else for 10 years has given it 5 stars, so we have 10 people that love it and one person who is the kind that moves appliances to look for dirt, you decide. He called me and said he had a few cleaning issues, I left work and was there in 20 minutes, I told him all the rugs were brand new in the bedrooms and the cleaning lady was here 2 times but I would have her come back tomorrow while they were at the beach and touch up, he said its not that bad dont worry, BUT IF I GAVE HIM $500.00 CASH HE WOULD NOT LEAVE A BAD REVIEW, I said I dont appreciate people embezzling money from me and he could go ahead and leave a bad review, I'm not going to pay for good reviews.
