• Conveniently located 15-20 minutes from Boone or West Jefferson, NC, with all-paved access suitable for up to 4 cars.
• Stunning mountain views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Christmas tree farms.
• Just a mile away from the South Fork of the New River, offering a common area for swimming, fishing (NC fishing license required), and relaxation.
Pet Policy:
• Pet-friendly with a $125 per dog pet fee (plus tax).
• Maximum of 2 dogs allowed, each weighing up to 30 pounds, with prior management approval.

Accommodations:
Main Level:
• 2 bedrooms: both have a king size bed, each featuring an en suite full bathroom and Roku TVs.
• Master bathroom includes a lovely claw foot tub and a stand-up shower.
• Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher and ice maker), regular coffee maker, and built-in microwave.
• Open floor plan with dining table for 6 guests and additional seating for 5 at the kitchen peninsula.

o 7-night minimum for July 4th and Christmas/New Year holidays.

o Check-in: 4:00 PM or later.
o Check-out: 10:00 AM.
• Rental Management: Professionally managed by "High Mountain Cabin Rentals" in Jefferson, NC, ensuring quality service and support.

• Additional Notes:
o No smoking allowed inside the rental.
o Guests are advised to prepare for varying weather conditions, including rain, snow, and fog.
o Winter weather (November through April) may require 4-wheel drive, good tires, and chains for safe travel on mountain roads.
