Keyt's Key - Newly Renovated Private Pool Home w/ Hot Tub

If you are looking to get away from it all and leave stress and worries about behind for a few days or weeks, then you have found the perfect home for just that.

This newly renovated home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a heated outdoor pool with hottub and water views. Perfectly situated between Anna Maria Island and I-75, you are never too far away from everything the area has to offer. With the car its only 25 minutes to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island, or 15 minutes to I-75, which conveniently connects to Sarasota, Tampa, as well as Disney World and Universal Studios on Orlando.

The first floor is ideal for entertainment. Read your favorite books in the reading corner that has lots of natural light, spend time catching up on your favorite shows and movies in the living room with large smart TV that offers lots of comportable seating for everyone, and if you feel like preparing meals during your vacation, the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and large countertop island will have everything that you need.

All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The oversized master bedroom has a king size bed, large TV, access to balcony with water views and en-suite bathroom with both a walk-in shower as well as stand alone tub. A large walk-in closet makes organizing your belongings for longer stays a breeze. Three more guest bedrooms are available, two with queen beds, one with two single beds as bunk beds. Please note that the bedroom with bunkbeds is only accessible through the master bedroom. A hallway bathroom with shower tub combination is shared between the guest bedrooms. Another half bathroom is available just down the stairs.

The outdoor heated pool with hottub is probably where you will be spending most of your time. The covered outdoor space offers a dining table with TV, as well as propane BBQ, perfect for cooking some steaks or the catch-of the day. Get your Florida sun tan going on the comfortable sun loungers on the patio or shallow water shelf in the pool, or jump into the hot tub during the very few colder nights we have here in Florida.

IMPORTANT: Neither the home's elevator nor the boat lift are available to our guests. However fishing from the boat dock is possible. Please be aware the owner will very occasionally access the boat/lift for maintenance or day trips
