Living - The bottom level layout allows for an abundance of living options, with the family room opening out to a great sized undercover outdoor area allowing for both inside and outside dining/entertaining.

Ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans are featured throughout the home.

Kitchen/Dining - Cook like a chef in the stunning open plan kitchen and dining, fully equipped with top quality modern appliances. You will love the stainless-steel freestanding 900mm 6 burner gas cooktop and electric oven. Full size fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, full supply of serving utensils and cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, pots & pans. Basic condiments such as; tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper etc. all provided!

Outdoors - Relax in the atrium style courtyard and take a dip in the sparking tiled plunge pool, complete with fountain.

Private and secluded patio with outdoor furniture and seating. BBQ. Lovely maintained backyard.


TOP FLOOR:

Upstairs comprises of beautiful timber laminate flooring, five spacious bedrooms all with built in wardrobes. You will love the abundance of natural light and beautiful breezes through out this entire home.

Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom features the most comfortable King size bed, huge walk-in-robe, luxurious ensuite with full sized spa bath and an enormous private deck taking in the beautiful water and parkland views.

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed

Bedroom 3 - Queen bed and 1 Single Bed

Bedroom 4 - 3 x Single beds
(consisting of 1 bunk bed and 1 single with a trundle underneath)


Sofa bed also available.

We use hotel quality linen through a professional laundering service, all bedding, bath towels/mats, tea towels etc. are provided and included in the cleaning fee.

Guest Access:
Entire property available for guest use. There will be a lockbox with a code to access the key for easy, self check in.

Check out 10AM

All access details are sent early morning on the day of arrival.

We will notify you if an earlier check in or later check out is available!

The Neighborhood:
Property is located on a quiet family friendly street which is perfect to have a morning stroll along the paths exploring nearby Mudjimba and Marcoola through to Mount Coolum or work on your golf game at the nearby internationally recognised Twin Waters Golf Club.

If you wish to watch the water activity find Noojor Road and take yourself towards the water where you can swim and fish and call yourselves locals for awhile.

Sunshine Coast airport 5km drive to property.

Please do not leave food unattended to due to the native wildlife.

Getting Around:
Everything you need is all within a short drive or even walk! Shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Ample public transport. Sunshine Motorway is only a few minutes away.

PLEASE NOTE ONE OF THE KIDS BEDROOMS IS CURRENTLY BLOCKED OFF DUE TO WATER DAMAGE & MAINTENANCE IN PROGRESS.

Please note that their is no direct access from the house - It is Close to the canal BUT not located on the canal.
