This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests and a maximum of 14 between 4 private bedrooms and a queen-sized sleeper sofa with two queen-sized air mattresses in the game room, where the pool table is located.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #4 doubles as an office space and includes a twin daybed with a twin trundle and a smart TV.

The home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles with an additional 2 spaces in the garage.
- Please contact Guest Services to have the spa turned on remotely. 4 hours of spa usage is complimentary. If you want to have the spa heated longer than 4 hours, there is a fee of $100/night.
- POOL HEATING IS NOT AVAILABLE.
- Pet friendly! Maximum of 2 dogs, 50 lbs. or less. An additional daily fee of $35 per pet will be included. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
- This home is equipped with a front door Nest camera, as well as 3 outdoor cameras: Nest doorbell camera and cameras at front patio area, swing set area, garage, and the well shed. Cameras will be deactivated during guest stays.
- Please note the fireplace is not available for guest use.
- This home is located on a gorgeous, 3-acre property which includes a moderate difficulty walking trail. The walking trail is approximately .3 miles long and traces a “U” along the back yard hill.
