Great stay with 3 friends on first time trip to Puerto Rico. Super convenient apartment with great beach views right in the beach. Just was very nice communicative and easy and flexible in check. All you could need for beach provided and other things you would want for a 5 day stay. Look forward to staying again!

Positively lovely

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the apartment was clean, airy, cozy, and despite the building sitting on a well traveled road, we could hear no traffic - only the gentle rolling of the waves on the beach. The building, pool, and beach access was safe and secure, and very easy to navigate. Highly recommend!

Amazing Vacation

Property was excatly as described. My family spent 10 days at this property over thanksgiving and did not have a single complaint. Amazing views, beautiful beach, and convenient parking in garage. Everything you need is within walking distance. The host was great and very accommodating.

Great location

It’s a beautiful building in a perfect location. You don’t need a car for your whole stay. Easy to walk or Uber from there. Also car rentals across the street Very safe and secure building and grounds with front door security. The apartment was clean and the owner Maureen was more than amazing. We had everything we needed to enjoy our week. We would stay here again.

Cannot beat this view!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. We had plenty of room for our family of four. The apartment was stocked with everything we needed. The location is great and the building amenities were fantastic. We loved the beach and having the pool was really nice as well. Located near some great restaurants and it was really convenient to have a Walgreens right across the street. Having the parking was a definite bonus! We would absolutely stay here again.

We are frequent visitors to PR and the condos in Marbella east and west. This was our first time in this condo and could not have asked for anything better. It is well stocked with anything you need for a beach stay. We never use the AC when we are in PR because the breeze that flows through is amazing. We can’t wait to go back soon! The host is as amazing as the view

This was our sixth time renting a condo at Marbella in Isla Verde and it was our best experience; our host was the best we ever have had. Maureen was extremely responsive to our needs and flexible to our requests. Being in the Penthouse, the balcony is much larger than in the lower floor condos, allowing the whole family to comfortably enjoy the amazing view of the beach and ocean. We will certainly be back!

Wonderful condo and vacation!

Everything about this place is as advertised and more. A very comfortable, well stocked penthouse apartment with two floors. The beach is steps away and the view from the large balcony is spectacular! Maureen was very responsive and helpful to our questions before we arrived and checking to make sure everything was okay during and after our stay. Isla Verde is a beautiful, clean beach with lots of places to eat within walking distance. San Juan is a 15 minute car ride. We took Uber's everywhere which was very easy and convenient.

Perfect sty

We loved every minute of our stay in this wonderful condo. Breakfast each morning out on the balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean was even better than we had imagined. This property has the perfect location, is very well-maintained, is clean and very accommodating. It was absolutely perfect for 2 couples. We loved the easy access to the beautiful beach which is a great place to walk and enjoy the sun. It is not necessary to rent a car as grocery stores, supplies, and tons of good restaurants are within easy walking distance. We loved the Mediterranean restaurant right across the street, drinking coco locos at La Playita and great Cuban food at Metropol. All contacts with Maureen were quick and easy, and everything at the condo was just as described in the listing if not better. We would highly recommend this condo and can't wait to stay here again!

Not good

While the area in Puerto Rico is lovely, the unit itself was old, not well maintained and no money whatsoever had been put into the unit. I get that it is a rental, but only the cheapest materials, furniture, etc. were in the unit and we wound up adding batteries, etc. to be able to stay. I will not stay there again.

My Tenants were disgruntled because I kept their $200 Damage Deposit! They literally broke a solid mahogany door in half from allowing it to slam hundreds of times while they were in my Apartment😢My Manager warned them after a couple of days to close the triple slider before opening the door because the wind was very strong and she was concerned for their safety~they refused to take heed. Instead, the door was completely unusable and I couldn’t even replace it with the same quality, as they don’t make them like this anymore. I flew down, checked out many doors and settled for a basic fireproof door which cost me $2,395 to purchase, have hung, replace hardware and paint according to Condo rules…I would NEVER consider renting to them again. The few days I was there, every one of my neighbors complained about the constant slamming of the door-I never sent them the bill for the damage they caused The Door is replaced and anyone reading this can look at all the stellar reviews on this property!

Very run down with a lot broken and missing

I was surprised at the good reviews. This property is run down, with broken furniture and difficult plumbing. It is very outdated with very old worn bathrooms with ground-in dirtiness. There are no plates, despite the listing saying dinnerware. (False advertising). There was no body wash despite the claim that it was there. No large trash bags. Photos do not show the whole story (the other properties that my family were at provided better value and quality).I would stay far away!

Very sorry to read your review. There is no broken furniture ~the dresser in the master bedroom is on a magnetic pull and is difficult to operate! The furniture in the queen and master bedrooms is only 4 years old. The leather sofa/recliners in the living room was purchased last year😁 the plumbing is original in the building and that’s why you must hold handle down for 3 to 5 seconds upon flushing. I’ve left notes and it all works with just a little bit of patience! I arrived the day after you left, and there were unopened bars of soap in each of the bathrooms, along with unopened shampoo and conditioners. I supply toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, Cascade, cleaning supplies, tissues, spices, salt and pepper, coffee filters, paper towels, everything to make your stay more pleasant! There are two complete sets of plates in the buffet by the windows in the dining room ~ Plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, glasses, a bullet for shakes, wine, glasses, plus napkins, both cloth and paper, plenty of batteries, AAA and AA brand new unopened, flashlights in the event of a power outage! My rates are much lower, and the apartment is much nicer than the average rentals in my building! Just because things are not brand new appliances, doesn’t make it rundown! I believe the older stove has worked a lot longer and more efficiently than today’s newer ones. Dishwasher works great as does the new microwave. Sorry you were unhappy!

JUST WONDERFUL!!

The property was nothing short of wonderful. Beautiful, comfortable, spacious and clean! The view is unbeatable! HUGE balcony overlooking the pool AND most importantly, the entire beach and skyline! Parking spot right near the elevator! Kitchen fully stocked with almost anything you need to prepare meals. 3 bathrooms, lots of toilet paper, clean towels, beach towels, perfect sized cooler, awesome pool lounge floats & beach chairs! CVS, Walgreens, several restaurants and souvenir shops VERY close walking distance. 24/7 Supermarket couple minutes drive down the road. Pool and beach are VERY clean, were never over crowded. Front desk staff were always very friendly and welcoming. I can’t say enough about Maureen. She was responsive, so sweet, so considerate. She checked on us numerous times via text, wished my bf a happy birthday…she just went above and beyond for us!!

Breathtaking Isla Verde Penthouse

Sometimes its the fabulous rental, sometimes its the ease of booking and a owner dedicated in making each booking experience the best yet. The previous reviews say it all. You will have everything you need to prepare meals, go to beach with beach chairs, cooler, toys etc. High speed wifi and direct tv channels. This property is exceptionally clean and well cared for...not your usual rental flip. Maureen takes great pride in her penthouse, fresh paint and new furnishings, beautiful artwork, unusual for a rental, really make you feel like you're totally welcome in her home. We arrived ahead of planned book in time, and Maureen was quick to make arrangements for early entry. The prime parking space underground near the elevators was a big bonus. 24 hr security, and the beach within footsteps of the property gate. The balcony is probably 2 1/2 times bigger than most, with comfortable seating a a perfect view of the runners on the beach, kite boarders and of course swimmers. I have rented a few units on Isla Verde and this one truly is paradise. Thanks again Maureen, Justin & Sarah were thrilled, as we imagined we all would be....hope to return one day....Joyce & Jean (Calgary, AB)

I was born and raised in NJ. In 2006 our youngest of 5 children left our home to attend College. My husband and I are avid boaters and decided to move full time to Hilton Head Island, SC. We spend the winters in Miami Beach aboard Turangalila. In the summer time, our boat is docked nearby our home in Hilton Head. We have always loved Puerto Rico and for many years, it was the only place I looked forward to getting away to. Now, we spend a lot less time in the Caribbean. Too much to see...too little time!

My husband and I purchased this fabulous condo so that we could take family vacations, be guaranteed warm weather and all be together. For many years, we travelled with our 5 children and reserved 3 hotel rooms in resort areas. Our children were so excited to be in a 'hotel' they never wanted to leave the room. It wasn't fun eating all of our meals out in restaurants. Once we made the decision to purchase Puerto Rico, our family trips have been wonderful memories. As the children grew older, married and had babies of their own, we have started another tradition, enjoying our condo with them and my grandchildren. We are serious boaters and now spend most of our non-working time on the water. We decided to share our apartment in Puerto Rico with others who will appreciate the beauty of the island as much as we once did. For now, renting it short-term to many people has given me a lot of satisfaction. I love this place and its great to know that I can always come back to it.

I will always love the beauty of the island. Puerto Rico offers the most diversity of any of the Caribbean islands. From touring the rain-forest, spending a day exploring the Forts of Old San Juan, experiencing eco-tours on bioluminescent bays, visiting beautiful beaches all over the island, swinging off ropes into the deep waters below the waterfalls, accepting the challenge of viewing the petroglyphs at El hippie Pool and La Canoa Falls, to fine dining, fancy shopping, dancing the nights away, gambling in the Casino's, sky-diving etc. There is so much or so little to do. Whatever suits you is all you need to have the most wonderful vacation!
