Ground Floor: living room with TV and entrance onto furnished screened porch; dining area with seating for 9, kitchen; hallway with laundry closet, entrance to backyard and half bath; and Bedroom 1 - master bedroom with king bed, TV, work desk and master bath with shower only and walk-in closet. Second Floor: Full Bath with shower/tub combo, Bedroom 2 - queen bed and TV; Bedroom 3 - double bed and TV; and Bedroom 4 - small kids’ room with bunk beds and small TV.
