Beach Harbor Club requires all guests to complete an HOA application after booking. The application is submitted to the Beach Harbor Club and includes a separate, non-refundable $150 fee. You may be asked to provide personal information as part of the approval process. We'll send you the application instructions after your reservation is confirmed.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No pets, no exceptions, per HOA.
