Spacious 2400 square foot elevated home (there are 16 steps to enter and exit) featuring wide open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, huge living/kitchen/dining room.
Fully equipped kitchen featuring large single bowl stainless steel sink, huge quartz island work space, double oven and seating for four at the counter.
DISH T.V. and whole home wi-fi.
Bedrooms are located at the four corners of the home with one master and one twin bedroom at each end of the house. This configuration lends itself well to multiple families and/or multi-generational stays!
Four bedrooms three full baths (two bedrooms with king beds and on suite bathrooms; one bedroom with two twin beds and one bedroom with three twins) and additional full bath with tub and shower combo with detachable shower head for bathing the littles!
Beautiful ceramic, porcelain, and pebble tile floors in the bathrooms.
All bedrooms feature black out curtains and blinds for those late sleepers!
Central air and ceiling fans throughout.
Full size washer and dryer just off the dining area.
Extended bayside living space below the home featuring large living and dining areas with gas grill, overhead lighting and ceiling fans.

Beautiful house, great location, thoughtful owners

Our stay was very enjoyable, due to a number of factors: the house is lovely and one of the most thoughtfully stocked homes (of kitchen and bath supplies, bedding, towels, beach toys,etc) we have ever rented; the house guidebook is clear and thorough re all the house, neighborhood and recreational information you need; the area is great for easy access to the beach, walking trails, and tennis and a pool across the street. The canal that follows the road ends at the house, so sitting on the patio or the small dock are nice ways to relax. Finally, we found the owners so easy to communicate with for quick questions…it felt like we already knew each other. When we had visitors stay with us, the house’s layout was really impressive in how bedrooms and baths are spaced to allow for privacy and minimal sound challenges. You will be lucky to be able to stay here….we know how lucky we are to find this place and we plan to return!

Already booked for next year!

Our multigenerational family of 7-8 really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s home. We have been renting in the area (AMI to LBK) for the past 8+ years and this was the most comfortable place yet! It really felt like we got an equal return on our investment. The property is beautiful, we enjoyed the outdoor space so much (dining tables, couches, grill, kayaks) and the indoor, of course! You can tell how much love and care went into each space of this home. The pool and gym are super close and convenient; the beach is walking distance and we so appreciated the provided beach chairs, towels, toys and wagon. We cook almost every meal at home and found the kitchen to be sufficient for our needs, but also enjoyed the comforts that were in walking distance/ coffee, pizza, restaurant and convenience store. We’ve already booked for next year and that’s the first time we’ve ever rented the same place twice!

Birthday celebration with family

This is an awesome property,took my breath away when I opened front door,so happy to see how pristine it was,and the decor is perfect for a beach getaway.Instant relaxation.Jennifer is a wonderful and accommodating host.She has everything you could want.Loved the kayaks,everyone enjoyed the club across street to workout at.Easy walk to the mostly private beach. We enjoyed champagne at sunsets! Watched a pair of dolphins one day,beautiful!. We didn't want to leave,very nice surrounding areas as well. Thankyou so much Jennifer!

A Dream Getaway!

Jennifer has done it. She has created the perfect beach vacation getaway dream house. Our group of 8x 30-somethings spent a memorable week enjoying Longboat Key's beaches, waterways, wildlife, and natural charm. The space comfortably accommodated all, and Jennifer was lovely and incredibility communicative. Would highly highly recommend!

Great family vacation

We brought our entire family to Longboat Key on specific dates in August in order to attend my Mother-in-Law’s 101st birthday party nearby after it was cancelled last year due to COVID19. The house was perfect for our family of 9 that included 4 family units from the ages of 2 to 72 for our first opportunity to be under one roof together in more than a year-and-a-half. Despite unavoidable disappointments—severe storms for the first two days, pool closure for renovations at the tennis club across the street, and Red Tide making the beach/ocean inaccessible—we had a wonderful time and appreciated all the home’s amenities that made staying mostly indoors comfortable and fun. We enjoyed the walking trails and playground at Durante Park within walking distance of the house and a day at GT Bray Aquatic Center in Bradenton that Jennifer recommended after we learned that the Tennis Club pool was unavailable. The adults in our group enjoyed access to the gym and tennis courts across the street. We were also able to invite to the house extended family from Bradenton and St. Petersburg for our grandson’s 5th birthday party in the outdoor living space under the house. We had a terrific experience and would be happy to gather together at this exceptionally maintained and well-stocked house the next time we have a family event in the area.

Great Vacation!

This is a beautiful house that fit 5 of us great, with extra room if we’d needed it. Very comfortable house with everything you could need for the stay! Property is beautiful and has coconut trees and a dock to a canal to the bay. Lots of wildlife in the area which was awesome. House is very close to pool. The walk to the beach is a good 5-7 minutes and was on the longer side of what I’d do with two young kids (2&5), but for the beautiful house, price and location of everything else it was great. Beach was beautiful & MUCH quieter than 30A area of the gulf. Mote Marine Aquarium was really cool on a day when the ocean was too choppy after hurricane Elsa. St. Armands Circle is an easy drive if you want to explore more shopping and restaurants too. We ate at Speaks Clam Bar (St. Armands) and it was a great Italian Seafood spot. The Shore (LBK) was also a beautiful date night spot with great views. We got groceries on the way in at a Publix before LBK & we should have waited to go to the Publix on LBK - didn’t realize it was so close! Would return to the house and area!

Amazing Week on Longboat Key!

This house was awesome! It was fully stocked with everything you need to have a amazing beach vacation. Jennifer was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back!

Longboat Key Stay

It was a great vacation. House was beautiful. New beach cart and umbrellas needed. Otherwise would highly recommend. Owner excellent to talk to. No complaints !!!!!!

Fabulous family vacation

Great property

The house was clean with plenty of room to spread out. The outdoor space is very relaxing. The house is stocked with everything you need for the beach. We enjoyed kayaking to the bay, biking, tennis, the pool and the beach.

Fantastic house

Like other reviews this house had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. It was beautifully decorated and was very spacious and comfortable. The location is in a quiet setting with club access directly across the street and a short walk to the beach. Jennifer was fantastic and responded very quickly to my texts (it seemed at times she responded before I even hit the send button on my text). Loved the place and am highly recommending it. Will stay there again when in the area

Wonderful stay on LBK

Great stay, all amenities were as advertised. Great location with easy access to the pool, tennis courts, water/canal access and beach access to watch the sunsets on the semi private beach.

Great for families

We thought we were going to be a family of 5 staying for Thanksgiving but ended up only being 3 of us due to Covid. Beautifully decorated, spacious home! Tennis and gym directly across the way. Great outdoor space for entertaining with ceiling fans too which was great to keep the bugs away. We would definetly recommend this home.

Great place, convenient location

Great location on quiet street close to private beach access on Longboat Key. Home is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The included Cedars Tennis Club access comes in very handy too :)

Beautiful newly remodeled home

This house was a perfect layout for our family of 9. Big open living room, dining room and kitchen. Every room is beautifully decorated and spotless! It is actually bigger in person then the pictures make it look. Lots of windows so that was fun being able to watch the afternoon rain and lightening storms. Kitchen is fully stocked with top of the line appliances and kitchenware. We had 4 young kids with us so we cooked a lot so I would just recommend to bring spices. Beautiful patio and only a 2 minute walk to the pool and 10 minute walk to their private beach. The owner Jennifer responds very quickly with any questions you may have about the property and the area! We loved the home and would definitely stay here again!

Truly amazing property

This was truly an amazing property, house had everything we needed. Access to the club was great, pool, gym were huge hits with kids. Walk to beach was easy and the beach was amazing. Use of kayaks in garage was fun and wash to drop into channel to take a nice relaxing ride. The amenities in thew house were amazing, one kid the cleanest rentals we've ever stayed in. Jennifer was incredible to work with and gave us plenty of ideas and help with things to look for and try in the area. One of the best vacations we have had. Will certainly look to return. Thank you

Extremely elegant and great for beach and pool

The first impression was WOW! The house is furnished in the best taste and was very clean. As a party of 4 adults with 4 children we had a great time. There was plenty of space and the 3 bath rooms were great to manage the morning and evening easily. Jennifer was so helpful and replied very quickly to solve our issue with the door lock within a day. Thanks again for this. The beach is a bit of a walk but we‘ve found everything that we needed to have a great time: a buggy, umbrellas, toys and towells. In the afternoon we went to the pool just across the street. It‘s a big (!) pool which was never croweded when we were there and there were also lots of sunloungers and umbrellas. We also enjoyed some BBQs using the big grill. Be aware that there is a significant number of mosquitos. However you can prepare yourself. @Jennifer: we had a great time and the sea food at Mar Vista was awesome

Great House!

This property had all the things we were looking for in a vacation rental. 5 minutes walk to the beach. 2 minutes to the pool and tennis courts. Clean, homey, plenty of beach toys.

Amazing House

Great property for two families. Large open concept with lots of bedrooms in new condition. Close to the beach and we were able to kayak everyday right from the backyard. Would re-book again for sure.

After visiting Longboat Key for the past eight years, my husband and I were lucky enough to find this wonderful property. We took over a year and a half to strip it down to the studs and replace nearly everything! We now enjoy this brand new home complete with all the beautiful finishes and cherished family furnishings that we love. We hope you will enjoy this peaceful retreat as much as we do.

Unique to the island, this house sits at the mouth of the canal. Your view is down the canal which is protected mangroves on one side and boat docks on the other. With few houses on the street, it is a serene and quiet street. Quick access to both the bay and the beach!

Enjoy the 100+ year old cedar trees on and surrounding the property as well as the new "native" landscaping which includes only those plants and trees found naturally on Longboat Key. Soft sand and meandering paths underfoot creates the ideal island retreat.
