We had a fantastic stay at this Winter Park condo! The unit featured two nice bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The kitchen was very useful, and the living room area was very comfortable, including a nice fireplace that made it extra cozy. The location was great—conveniently situated between the town and the ski resort, making it easy to access both. Our host was very accommodating to make sure we had everything we needed for a great trip. Highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting Winter Park!

Thanks Chris for the great review! I'm glad you enjoyed all the amenities my condo has to offer along with the location. While you didn't mention it, I was especially happy that you were able to get all of the college football games going that you wanted to see on Thanksgiving Day! I was pretty sure that my "Entertainment Center" would allow for it and was glad that it worked without a hitch. You were a great guest and a pleasure to work with and I hope to see you back my way someday!

Great Stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The property itself is beautiful and is well - equipped. Also, great communication with the property owner and very easy to get in touch with if need be. Would definitely stay again given the opportunity!

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our girls weekend away! Thank you for the comfortable and spacious accommodations! It’s a perfect location and super close to the ski shuttle! We hope to stay there again!!!

Every time I've gotten less than a 5 star review, I've reached out to the guest to understand their concerns. In this case there were 2 issues I needed to address. The first had to do with housekeeping not being finished before Susani arrived. This has only happened a couple of other times in the 5 years I've rented my unit, so I spoke with the rental management company who provides the housekeeping, and I believe we have this issue straightened out. The 2nd issue has to do with many of the plates and glasses needing replacement due to chipping. As a guy, I missed on this one:-) So, I went over to Bed Bath and Beyond with my wife today, and we bought some really nice microwave friendly, ultra durable Corelle dishes and new glasses that I will be taking up to my unit later this week to replace what we have. Most of the improvements in my unit over the years have come from helpful suggestions or observations from guests like this one, so I really appreciate the feedback. This is my only short term rental unit and I want do everything I can to make sure everything is in great condition!

Cozy mountain condo

This is our second time staying here. Both times the experience was seamless, comfortable, accessible, and all around exactly as expected. I will always recommend this condo and this owner.

Ski trip

We had a great trip to Winter Park! Bob’s condo was very nice, well appointed and very convenient to get into town (short walk into town and lots of great restaurants) and the mountain (with the Lift stopping practically outside our door.)

Good times

We had a great time here. Property was clean and in good shape. Access to trails across the train tracks was very convenient. A short walk to town was also nice. Beware this property is on the 3rd floor so there are lots of stairs.

I have updated my VRBO website to make it clearer that my unit is on the 3rd floor without an elevator . The advantages are the vaulted ceilings giving a very open feeling, great views and peace and quiet. The downside, of course, is coming up 2 flights of stairs to get to it. I'm glad Chris and his family had a great time there in spite of the walk up the stairs to get to it!

Delightful Stay

It's a beautiful apartment. Vaulted ceiling in the living room like a Swiss Chalet. Lot's of natural light. We stayed four days three nights -loved everything about it. The kitchen was thoughfully organized and well stocked. The sofas were comfy and stylish. Is in a quiet location. My wife said it felt like we were on our honeymoon. Pool was fun. Restaurants were a couple minutes walk away. Winter Park was less than a 5 minute drive. National Park was stunning. We had a great experience. Thanks, Bob! Highly recommended!

Perfect location and immaculate accommodations

Bob's property exceeded our expectations from the ease of check-in, cleanliness throughout the property, and comfortable furniture. The two bedroom/two bath configuration provides plenty of room and privacy for two couples (perhaps 1 or 2 children, as well) although there were only two of us for our trip. The location is ideal- halfway between Winter Park Ski Resort and all of the restaurants, shops, etc. Bob's communication and guidance was exceptional from the moment we reserved the property. We hope to be back again soon!

Amazing introduction into Winter Park

Mr.Bob made our stay at Winter Park one of the best family trips we’ve ever taken! The location is less than a mile away from the Winter Park resort town, which has millions of fun things to do at any age. Our cabin was 2bd/2bath with a full kitchen and good sized living room. We spent 3 nights and loved every minute of it. Very clean, very warm with the decor, it really felt like going to grandmas lol. 10/10 recommend! I will definitely be brining my friends here next year.

ABSOLUTE BEAUTY

The condo was very charming, warm and comfortable. The owner, Bob, is absolutely the BEST host I have ever experienced. Bob contacted us several times to inquire about how our trip was going and he asked if there was anything we needed during our stay at his condo. It was a true pleasure renting from Bob. SIX STARS!!!

Couldn’t be happier with the rental. Mr Bob is a stellar host and this condo will not disappoint! The pine trees and views off the back deck were beautiful. We adored the decor, fireplace, hot tub, pool. There are dishes, silverware, we even had coffee filters to use and hot some tea. My kids had their own room and slept great. The heaters were excellent. This place is minutes from Winter Park ski resortAnd down town both. Absolutely beautiful and perfect.Thank you and we WILL be back!

A real find for fall

Winter Park is fabulous in the off-season and so was this condo. It was quiet and there was plenty to do within a short drive. The owner was quite considerate and ensured we were comfortable and expectations were set early.. and met! There were five of us and everyone felt they had adequate accommodations. Shower water was always hot. The space allowed for great family time. Pantry was very well stocked, which is unusual for some of these rentals. In all, a lot of love was put into this space and it showed.

Fantastic place at a great location

We booked this place for a week of skiing and this condo was perfect for my husband and I and two teens. There's a free shuttle that stops just steps from your door that will take you to and from the slopes. We rented a locker at Winterpark and were able to keep our equipment there all week so we didn't have to schlep it back and forth on the bus. The condo is nicely furnished, with plenty of space for the four of us. We loved the fireplace and having a full kitchen and gas grill. The club house is two buildings over and we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna after a day of skiing. There are even movies and books that can be checked out if you like. Town is just minutes away if you're looking for some shopping or good food. Bob is a wonderful host and very prompt with answering any questions.

Fabulous Ski week vacation

We had an awesome time in Winter Park. Bob was truly a superhost! He was constantly in touch promptly answering all my queries. Check in process was fully digital and smooth. Condo location was perfect!! Right next to the yellow line shuttle stop and just 5 mins away from slopes. Even the shops and restaurants in the village were within 10 min walking distance. We didn't have the car and we couldn't be at a better location. Bob went out of his way to help us every way finding transportation options for our way to the Amtrak train station. He also honored our request for the late checkout which helped tremendously. Thanks Bob for everything. We highly recommend this place.

Vijay and his guests were delightful to work with! E.g., my WiFi went down for the first time ever and they worked with the HOA tech guy to get it back up in a day without impacting their ski vacation. And I loved their sense of adventure of going to/from Winter Park in an Amtrak train with a lot of luggage:-) While they had a number of inquiries that would not have come from guests who had been in Winter Park before, I enjoyed doing the research and loved seeing it put to good use by a very resourceful group of friends and family!

Comfy and cozy

My husband and I traveled with our college daughter and her friend and enjoyed a wonderful stay in Winter Park. The condo is well-appointed and very comfortable. Bob, our host, was amazing. He was so welcoming and accommodating. We travel a fair amount and Bob was definitely one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. We loved being on the top floor due to the quiet and the high ceilings with lots of soft, natural light. We also really enjoyed the smart TV’s and gas fireplace as well as the hot tubs in the clubhouse after a full day of skiing. The unit is on the shuttle service and although we didn’t use it, we saw the shuttles come by frequently. The condo location is easy access to the ski mountain and the towns of Winter Park and Fraser. We highly recommend this rental and would stay here again.

Highly recommend it!

Our family of five had a wonderful vacation at Winter Park in August. Bob's property is very clean, beautiful, roomy, and inviting. His ski hats on the wall and mountain climbing summit picture are no boring deco and made us wow. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the fresh air in the rain was very relaxing. The property is in a great location, very short walk to the condo entrance, directly on the route of Fraser River biking trail, a short drive to Winter Park Resort, restaurant, and everything. Bob is one of the best hosts I had. he is very organized and thoughtful. When he learned that we were caught by continuous rain for two days and Winter Park Resort stopped the activities, Bob quickly offered us to stay two more nights with a discounted rate, as if the rain was his fault. I felt Bob treated us like friends, he genuinly wanted us to have a great vacation. We ended up staying in his condo for four nights instead of two. Winter Park is a wonderful place for a family vacation. We had a lot of fun on the slides at Winter Park Resort, also did horseback riding, biking, hiking. Trails vary from easy to hard, anyone could find something to enjoy. Winter Park people are friendly. Local bakeries and restaurants are amazing. We also had some great family time in Bob's condo. I wanted to add that when we got wet one day, we were grateful Bob's condo has washer and dryer, which is a big plus because the weather is unpredictable in Rocky Mountain and it rains a lot. I highly recommend this condo. Thank you Bob for sharing your wonderful home with us!

I am, literally, blown away by this review! I found Faye and her family to be one of the nicest guests I've ever worked with. This was the first trip her family had ever taken to Colorado and I wanted them to go back home with some really good memories. I'm very happy that their last 2 days in Winter Park were filled with great weather so they could experience some authentic Colorado mountain adventure activities!

Winter Park Adventure

Used condo for two weeks as the base for summer fun in the WP/Fraser area. Biking, hiking, rafting, etc. Condo was clean, in great location (i.e. could walk to downtown and events) and host was super responsive to any questions. Was sad to leave :(
