The large main living area opens into a private south facing lanai with pool and patio furniture. Beyond the lanai is an open grassed common area where kids can run and let off steam. You’ll like being able to sit by the pool, enjoying a cocktail while the kids splash around in the pool or play in this open space.

The main living area includes the dining room with its table for six and a nearby breakfast bar that can easily seat another two. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from snacks to a full course meal for your family. You’ll love the kitchen’s open design (and handy guest pantry) and looking out on the main living area and lanai.

The upstairs master bedroom is a restful retreat in deep blues that offers a king-sized bed, cable TV and en-suite bathroom. The accompanying en suite bathroom has a shower/tub combination and large vanity. The downstairs bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, cable TV and large window to let in the Florida sunshine. The bedroom offers a door straight into the hall bathroom, which offers a shower/tub combination. This bedroom is perfect for grandparents who prefer to be on the ground level.

The Finding Nemo kids bedroom is a child’s dream room with ocean themed wall paintings, matching Nemo bedspreads on the two twin beds and a wall-mounted TV so kids can watch their TV favorites. This bedroom offers a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination and ocean themed décor.

Parking along with unloading/loading luggage is a breeze as you will have your own private driveway and numerous visitor stalls right across the street in case you have company or are utilizing more than one vehicle.

The Windsor Palms Resort includes numerous amenities that as a guest are free for you to use. There’s an Olympic-sized swimming pool with a pool side Tiki bar, a hot tub, a splash park and playground. In the clubhouse you'll find a well stocked Sundry Shop, a games room, fitness room as well as a 50 seat movie theatre where you can watch free movies. You are also invited to enjoy the basketball, tennis and volleyball courts (basketballs, volleyballs etc are provided from the clubhouse for a security deposit). There are even bike rentals!

For your peace of mind, whether you want to go for a stroll at night or just let your kids utilize the amenities around the the clubhouse, it is nice to know that, there is a 24 hour gate attendant manning the gate. I also have installed an outdoor security camera that overlooks the driveway and main door to the house so it will capture anyone coming or going. So we can keep an eye the inside main floor and the pool area when it is not rented, there are two security cameras on the inside (one on the main floor pointing at the front door and one pointed at the pool). Guests have complete control over these cameras while they are renting and there are clear instructions provided and posted on site, on how to shut them off completely. In case you forget, the cameras make a loud audible "beep" when motion is detected, which indicates they are on. If the guest desires that added sense of security, they can easily turn the cameras on when they go out.
