Located on a quiet street in WaterColor's "Crossings" district, this home is conveniently located only 4 blocks from the beach, across the street from the heated Dragonfly Park pool, and a short walk to Publix. The restaurants and shops of Seaside and WaterColor are less than a 5-minute bike ride from your front door. Courtesy concierge electric cart service is also provided.
Serene decor, high-end furnishings, and mint-condition maintenance make this home exceptional.
The downstairs master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a beautifully custom-tiled shower with glass doors. The upstairs master bedroom features a walk-in closet, beautifully custom-tiled shower with glass doors, and a private balcony with a gorgeous view of the Park.
One guest bedroom has its own beautiful custom-tiled bathroom with glass doors and walk-in closet. Another guest bedroom has built-in bunk beds, spacious closet, and beautifully tiled bath with shower and large tub.
The kitchen features an extra-large refrigerator with bottom freezer, heavy-duty gas range with large oven, microwave, toaster and blender, all stainless steel. Granite countertops and lovely pale blue subway tile backsplash complete the look. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need for cooking and beautiful entertaining.
Exceptional features include plush bedding (our beds get rave reviews), luxury linens, spacious living and dining areas and bedrooms, very close beach access, and courtesy concierge electric cart service for your transportation convenience. Ours is a light-filled home with an abundance of windows, decorated in cool neutrals and the palest shades of blue-greens in the soothing and iconic WaterColor manner.
We overlook Dragonfly Park's lily pond. Nestle into the oversized swing bed on the screened porch with a cup of coffee or a good book ... float in the gentle beach breeze and be serenaded by a morning chorus of birds or a magical evening symphony of frogs.
A large Blackstone grill, seating area, and outdoor shower are located at the rear of the home.
Our corner of WaterColor is uniquely situated so that there is no through-traffic in the area, allowing peace of mind for families with children.
Across the street, the beautiful Dragonfly Park pool features a bejeweled waterfall, an enormous outdoor kitchen and fireplace, and outdoor showers. And just a few paces from your front door are the wide-open lawns of the Park, a haven for children to run free, play, or set up a lemonade stand and meet their neighbors.
Bicycling is our favorite entertainment, and four bicycles are included with your rental at no extra charge because we don't want you to miss this delightful experience. Miles of nature trails lace the 500-acre resort, and the Beach Club, 9 delightful pools, grassy parks, and the renowned WaterColor flower gardens make great biking destinations.
A unique feature of WaterColor is that it's bounded to the west by Grayton Beach State Park and to the north by Point Washington State Forest. With 3-mile, 5-mile, and 10-mile trail loops, you will almost always have these protected preserves entirely to yourself.
For even more fun, a 19-mile paved bike path parallels the entire length of scenic 30A and passes through all of its famous beach communities. Enjoy the thrill of biking alongside rare coastal dune lakes and discovering a side of South Walton that's difficult to see from a car.
Hurry to 87 East Summersweet as quickly as you can, and we promise you'll wish you never had to leave. Once you've experienced this magical place, you'll want to return to "The Lighthouse" beach house time after time!

Age requirement policy: Rentals are made only to adults 30 or older and families.
Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 35 must be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
