Hello there and thank you for the review. The AC did have an issue and we did address it immediately. Thank you for staying and safe travels. Daniel

hi al , im sorry to hear about your experience but you misleading others by your review. The house was remodeled and everything is brand new all done by city code with city inspections !! the unit is completely separated and don't share anything with the house. You were given the option for a full refund if you agreed to leave after one night , you choose to stay and you still claiming a full refund !!! that's called trying to cheat the system and I do not appreciate that.

We do have a unit underneath and use sometimes to host guest from our Jewish community across the street. This happened multiple nights. the listing has been updated as there is no master bath in the master bedroom. We try our best to keep the closets stocked with hangers and they go missing from time to time. Pillows for the twin beds should be in the closets. If the router was recently changed, we did advise you to look at the router/modem in the bedroom as the name and password were on the back of it. We will make sure it gets updated in the welcome book. We did communicate this information with you so not sure why you believe we did not.

I would avoid arguing about whether it's a garage. Future guests care about whether they'll have privacy, not about winning that point. Instead, reassure them that the listing is transparent and that the guest space is private. Thank you for your feedback. For future guests, we would like to clarify that the listing clearly discloses there is a separate, private mother-in-law suite on the property occupied by a long-term tenant. The suite has its own private entrance, is completely separate from the guest space, and guests have exclusive use of the home and all advertised amenities. We understand that some travelers prefer a completely standalone property with no other occupants anywhere on the lot, and we certainly respect that preference. However, we believe it's important to note that this arrangement is fully disclosed in the listing so guests can make an informed decision before booking. We remain committed to providing a private, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all of our guests.
