Regarding the A/C, the home has large windows that bring in lots of natural light, which can make the system work harder during the hottest part of the day. The unit is regularly serviced and functions properly, though we always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if they feel adjustments are needed so we can assist right away. To clarify for future guests: the hot tub is connected to the pool system and operates at the same temperature as the pool. It does not function as a separate heated spa with jets. We’ll be updating the listing description to make this clearer so expectations are fully aligned. We appreciate your input and will continue working to improve the experience for future stays.

Regarding the other comments — the property does have a carbon monoxide detector, the water heater is professionally installed and inspected, and the freezer and kitchen appliances are in good working order. The photos and listing details are accurate, and amenities such as the fire pit and game area are cleaned and serviced regularly. I regret that the guest did not contact me during their stay about these concerns, as I would have resolved them quickly.
