7 Mi to State Farm Stadium: Family Home w/ Pool

Hi Janine, we’re sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. After reviewing your feedback, we reached out to the homeowner, who wanted to share the following:-We're glad you enjoyed the pool and outdoor barbecue area. We aim to provide these amenities to enhance the guest experience and create a relaxing environment, and it's great to hear they added to your enjoyment.-The listing accurately describes the third bedroom with a queen bed. We aim to provide clear details to ensure guests have the right expectations before your stay.-We will also have our team inspect the plumbing in both bathrooms to ensure everything is functioning properly. As mentioned during your stay, we encourage guests to reach out immediately with any concerns, but we did not receive further communication from you.-We understand if the home’s amenities and instructions were not easily accessible. We will work on providing clearer guidance to enhance the guest experience.Your feedback is invaluable and helps us make improvements to ensure an even better experience for future guests.
