The Space:
Step in and you have reached your home away from home! This apartment is packed with tasteful interior design that sets a calm and elegant ambiance.

Watch your favorite shows on the wide 65" HD TV with the beautiful decor & and serene settings.

The modern dining area has a rectangular dining table and can comfortably seat three people to dine in together. Whether you plan to simply eat outside, order online, or practice your cooking skills in the fully-equipped kitchen that has all the appliances that you need for cooking with a stove, microwave oven, cookware, dishes and silverware, and others. The kitchen counter doubles the purpose with two high chairs where you can have quick bites before you leave home.

The bedroom celebrates class in an entirely different way. With a side table and uniquely shaped lampshade accent, soft carpet, wall art, and a spacious, carefully organized built-in closet. It has a king-sized bed along with a comfortable hotel-quality mattress, linens, pillows, and fitted sheets. Access to the balcony is right next to the living area and you can also access it from the bedroom area. Enough outdoor furniture is available for you to have a nice sit out whether be it day or night.

Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is an emerging area of Dubai. This family-oriented community is a breath of fresh air from the busyness that is apparent in Dubai. The tranquility that you will find in this place will satisfy your need to relax while not being far from the necessities that you need for everyday life.

Within the JVC community, you can find a mall, parks, sports fields, schools, and mosques, which ensure that you can enjoy your stay but not be deprived of your needs and even pleasure. There are a lot more to find in JVC but still, the serenity is ever-present as you lounge in your home or walk around the parks and play in the sports fields.

This is indeed a pleasant way to spend your vacation away from your home but still feel like you are in the comfort of a beautiful house.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus J01 goes to the Mall of the Emirates metro station, which is adjacent to the famous mall that has the same name.

Many things are accessible (grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.) because Circle Mall is just a 5-minute drive. Mall of the Emirates is only 15 minutes away by car. The Beach in JBR is a 20-minute drive.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
