COZY Condo allows Two to sleep on KING bed and 2 can sleep on Futon. Accommodates a total of 4 guests. ONLY 5 miles to Ponce Inlet and 2 miles to Grocery Store. Quiet and VERY secure. Parking FREE and directly below condo.
Condo is fully furnished sheets, towels, blankets, beach umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, ice packs, beach bag, boogie board, surround sound system, HDTV, Cable, silverware, plates, glasses and MORE!!!

This condo was clean and quiet. I thought the bed was really comfortable. It was a great location for a laid back week attending our first Daytona 500! Communication with the host was great.

Great vacation spot!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time spending a vacation here! The balcony had a great view of the gorgeous beach, the condo itself was very comfortable, and the location's central to some awesome local food spots. Definitely made us want to come back!

Wonderful Stay

My grandson and I enjoyed a week of relaxation and quiet. This is a community of owners who are friendly to visitors. Lovely pool and property. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. The owners are awesome and communicated with me easily.

Awesome Week!

We had a great time! The condo was just as advertised, and the host is very quick to respond if you need anything. I recommend this nice condo to any couple looking for an affordable place for a relaxing week on the beach!

Wonderful and cozy

Communication with hosts was amazing and very easy. Condo is exactly as shown in pictures. It was a very comfortable place for the two of us. We had everything we needed. Would recommend 10/10!

Beautiful inside and loved the view of the Ocean and Halifax River.

Nice inside and out. Perfect for us. Great places to eat and shop in the area. Can go see other places in a short time. Neighbors were nice and it was very quiet. Wish the pool would have been heated so we could have used it but it was too cold.

Thank you for staying with us...Being that the pool is open as soon as the weather gets around 85 degrees the pool temp can get as high as 90. We hope you will return to enjoy the warm pool. It still is kind of chilly in Florida in March:) Safe travels.

Very Convenient and enjoyable

I was in the area to work for a week. My wife joined me for the last four days of the stay so I wanted an ocean front property. This place fit the bill perfectly. The facility is quite old, but the condo was redone well. The condo is fairly small, but perfect for just the two of us.

Great place, very comfy

This unit is exactly as pictured and promised. The building is right on the beach, with a nice pool. The place is small - it is a an efficiency, but definitely big enough for a couple, or even a couple with a small child or two. Kitchen is well-filled with useful cooking tools. Generally it is clear the owner cares about making renters have an enjoyable and comfortable experience. Definitely recommend!

Good location (Beach Access not so much)

Really appreciate getting the accommodation at the last minute (our original cancelled a week prior). Bed was not very comfortable, pillows were awful, and the tub was just plain dangerous. The patio furniture was pretty dirty, didn't choose to sit there. Otherwise, it fit the bill for our vacation. We do understand that the hurricane changed things, but VRBO cancelling a week prior even after I asked about our original condo appearing to be condemned and telling me it was fine.

Clean and on Beach

The place was clean, and right on the beach. There is no countertop to prep or do anything. There is also no place to put your clothes.

Piece of paradise

We had a wonderful stay at this piece of paradise. This small one bedroom condo was just what my husband and I needed. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, and Kathy and Bill were wonderful to work with. The only downfall of the entire trip was that there is construction on a condo going on next door. We were awoken each morning at 7 am to construction work. Since we are early risers it wasn’t a big deal but just so other know. Overall a wonderful experience and we hope to return soon!

Cute little condo with all accommodations included.

I think you should mention to your up coming guest that they are in the process of building a new Condo unit right next to this one. It is very noisy and the working crew starts very EARLY in the morning.

We enjoyed being able to get right on the beach for walks and sunshine. The view from room and balcony was nice being able to see ocean and pier. The place was comfortable with everything we needed; bed was comfortable and a quiet building.

Perfection! The absolute best stay since we started coming to the Daytona area 5 years ago. Everyone we met that live here at the condo's friendly and welcoming. Pool area very clean & of course steps to the ocean that was exceptionally beautiful this year. Bill & Kathy are easy to work with too. Hopefully will be able to visit again next year & this place will be available.

Small apt: cozy, quiet, convenient

We had a very enjoyable week at the beach. The rental was nice and in a very convenient, quiet area, within a few miles of the museums and art galleries of Daytona and New Smyrna Beach. Several good restaurants nearby. The owners were quick to respond to any questions/issues. The only issue was the WiFi wouldn't connect right away. The bed was very comfortable, as was all the furniture, and the towels and linens were softer than most expensive hotels where we've stayed.

Thank you so much for your kind words we enjoyed having you as our guest we have corrected that it is a lowercase b rather than an uppercase B for the login for the internet access. Also I have to remind all guests to remember that your device cannot be in airplane mode or you won't be able to get on the internet and I think that was part of the issue with your stay as it was in airplane mode. I'm glad you enjoyed the soft Linens and the super luxurious towels we tried to make it a wonderful experience for all of our guests and we hope to have you back again soon.

Excellent location and space!

The condo has everything we needed. Close to grocery store and could makes meals. View is perfect. Could walk to a couple of local places. Safe and secure building. 2nd time here and will come back again!

Michele so happy you and your husband were back for the 2nd time! The views are spectacular and location very convenient. Most of our guests like to visit the grocery store just 2 miles up the road. Building is VERY secure. We are so happy you were able to visit us again and this time enjoy that time with your new grand baby at our piece of paradise! Best wishes for 2018! William (Bill) and Kathy Griffin have been married for 28 years. They have two children Billy and Isabella. They together since 2004 own Aparo-Griffin Properties Inc a Top Producing Real Estate Company with 2 offices based in Deland Florida. Prior to Real Estate Bill was an Aviation Inspector with a degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and Kathy a graduate from UF was a Radio Personality on 90 Radio Station across the country even on in Orlando’s Magic 107.7FM.
The Griffins enjoy travel and since Bella was 2 years old they have traveled to many destinations including other Countries like: Ireland, Turkey, Greece and Kathy’s favorite Italy where she has family. Kathy also speaks fluent Italian as BOTH her parents immigrated to America in the 1970’s from Catania Sicily. Bill is from Boston and his parents are Irish. The Griffins also enjoy travel to tropical destinations: Bahamas, St Thomas, Great Exuma, Costa Rica, Jamaica and their favorite Hawaii. Alaska was also visited by the Griffins and another trip there is planned soon. When the Griffins are NOT traveling you will find Bill riding his 1973 Shovelhead Motorcycle or working in the yard enjoying the outdoors. And you will find Kathy in the Kitchen cooking up a storm/baking or if weather permits she’s enjoying the Florida sunshine driving her 1972 Convertible Stingray Corvette.
The Griffins hope you find this condo cozy, comfortable and like a second home with every amenity you need: From the high tread count sheets on the pillow top Sealy Posture Premier mattress to the Egyptian cotton towels and coffee bean grinder, espresso pot from Italy and Keurig coffee machine. We purchased this property because of the views!! The views are spectacular and the complex is very well kept and super clean. Pool is directly on the ocean and has a large deck that is fully furnished with lawn chairs and outdoor grill(when available). If privacy is what you want then head up to the condo and sit on your balcony for the BEST VIEWS of Ocean, pier and even the sunset if you look over to the intercostal. From this 3rd floor unit you can see it all...ALL UPDATED, NEW AC, NEW WINDOW and the sounds of the ocean put you to sleep. Just Paradise!

You can prop the door open and feel the Ocean Breeze all day and all night. In fact even sitting on the edge of bed or sitting at the dining room table the views of the blue ocean are spectacular.
