We echo all of the other reviews! Indescribable view. Pictures cannot capture. Luxury comfort amentities. Ideal kitchen. Convenient to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Great host communication. TVs were well equipped for streaming. Overall, no notes. Just book it!

We had a beautiful four days at this incredible home. The house is amazing -- world class views, fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, sauna, etc. Bedrooms and living space were comfortable and exactly what we needed. Communication with property owner was efficient and messages were answered promptly. We look forward to staying at this beautiful home again in the future!

We had an amazing stay at 810 Jennifer St.! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The highlight was definitely the lake views—they were absolutely stunning, especially in the morning and at sunset. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy time with family. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Overall, this is a nice property great view we loved just watching the lake and the fireworks from the deck absolutely gorgeous view. We really liked the chef kitchen as we cook a lot. Neighborhood was quite very clean great area. The only problem we really had was the TVs didn’t work, which they had a great 85 inch down in the family room but no TV. The sauna was great once we figured out the controls the hot tub. We never used too much chlorine however overall we had a great time. Glad we came. Host was great overall we write this about a about an eight out of 10.

This property is beautiful. The views of the lake were incredible. We sat in the hot tub and could see all the way to Heavenly. The pics don't give the views justice. The house is very spacious and comfortable. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were. Highly recommend - we will definitely be visiting again.

VIEWS for days!

This home was absolutely wonderful. The pictures in the listing do not do the views justice. Incredible picturesque views from every single room. Very spacious and well stocked (may want to see what all is there before going to the store!) and the host was responsive. Neighbor was so kind to shovel the snow out of our driveway. We are from Florida and got 15” of snow the first day. He was very kind. Overall, a lovely vacation. Would highly recommend!

Perfect rental

We are very happy with our recent stay with MG Vacation Rentals! The house was clean, well stocked and had very nice personal touches. The p[ace we stayed at was by far our favorite, and the customer service was incredible. We only wished we had more time to stay longer! I would definitely use MG Vacation Rentals in the future.

Splendid Lake Views and More!

Charming, elegant and homey. Wonderful kitchen for do it yourself chefs. Very comfortable beds for good night sleep. I’m so relaxed, I wish I didn’t have to go back to work. Will come again soon.

Comfortable home with beautiful views of the lake

We enjoyed our stay. This home has a well-equipped kitchen, many comfortable places to sit and gather, and beautiful views of the lake from all three bedrooms in addition to the living room and attached deck. This is a three bedroom home with three full bathrooms. This is a great location for a retreat, study time, small group meeting, to hike from trailheads in the neighborhood, or to get some rest in a comfortable home with a great view.Two things to note: 1. two bedrooms have king beds, the third has a queen or double bed, so if you are traveling with three parties, the bedrooms are not equivalent. That said, this was much better than our other options for the weekend, which had an obvious "kids room" or "bunk room."2. The two king beds are higher than average, which was an unexpected challenge for two people in our group.

Worth it!

We loved staying at this cabin for our family summer vacation. The views are as amazing as pictured and the cabin is well equipped and with a great floorplan. We loved the hot tub and location. There were a few things here and there that didn't work, like the screen door to the main deck, but we still enjoyed our trip. The biggest surprise was that none of the bedrooms or bathrooms have window treatments on the big picture windows. This would have been a problem if we had wanted our younger child to nap in the afternoons, but thankfully did not end up being a big deal. Because of this, we woke up at sunrise and didn't go to bed until sunset, so take note if your wake/sleep hours are different, especially in the long summer months.

Really nice, one problem

We could not get one of the downstairs toilets to flush reliably (the one near the laundry). It didn't seem to want to flush even without any input. Tried a toilet drain product said to be safe for toilets and tried snaking it (bought these things and left them in the unit when we departed) but to no avail. Little unexpected at this price per night. Otherwise, really beautiful in every way. Would return in the future.

This home is gorgeous and the views are spectacular! The location and garage are ideal for picking up the Lakeshore bike path. The disappointing thing was how little thought seemed to go into guest convenience and comfort. Checking in was challenging because we weren’t given the garage code, then were given the wrong one. Unloading groceries was difficult because the pantry cabinets were all locked so there was nowhere for our provisions but cluttering the counters. One of the freezer drawers was locked, so our frozen food barely fit. There are no window treatments in the bathrooms, which is really creepy at night. The bed is very tall, without any stool for those of us who aren’t 6 feet tall. And the nightstands aren’t as tall as the bed, making them much too short to be functional. The bedroom door scrapes on the carpet, so there is no quietly leaving the bedroom while your spouse sleeps. None of these things individually are terrible, but altogether it’s the difference between good and great.

Great house, spectacular views, great location

PROS – We stayed in this home for 4 nights. The views were spectacular and even better in person. The home is spacious, comfortable and well appointed. It was a nice place for our group to relax. The neighborhood is very quiet and Incline Village is a lovely place. The house is only 1 ½ miles to restaurants, grocery, pharmacy and the hospital - which we used for high altitude issues. The home was clean and well stocked with non perishable items, paper products and plastic bags. Beds are very comfortable, Issue was promptly addressed - Upon arrival, the kitchen was so poorly lit, we needed a flashlight to see in the cabinets and use the microwave. 5 of 9 kitchen bulbs were out and the 4 that were working were amber color; not of much use. Most of the bulbs were replaced, with brighter bulbs, within 24 hours of reporting it to the property manager. Check in/out instructions are clear. Light switches are marked well CONS – Parking/Garage – We did not have access to the garages so backing out of the shared driveway is the ultimate test of your driving skills Downstairs toilet, near laundry room – It flushed properly for 2 days, but backed up and was not remedied before we left. (This same issue was mentioned, in a review, August 2023) Many rooms had 1 or 2 bulbs not working Upstairs bedroom – King bed is very high and needed to use the ottoman (from downstairs) to make a step. Downstairs Master Bedroom – no access to the owner’s closets
