This vacation condo in Pensacola Beach is located directly on the sugar white sand and emerald, green water of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo also offers free seasonal beach service (2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella) from the beginning of March through the end of October. Renters must provide unit number and check in with beach attendant.

Sans Souci #707 features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. As you enter the condo, you are greeted with an open living room that leads to a balcony overlooking the beach. Sans Souci #707 also features a full kitchen, a dining area and a wet bar. This is our second stay in Just Beachy. The condo is very well maintained, and everything works as it should. The unit has an upscale feel but still very comfortable. There’s a Tom Thumb just across the street for necessities. The beach here is beautiful and when we go (mid to late August) is never crowded.

A beautifully appointed condo overlooking a beautiful section of the Gulf.The rental management company was a bit tricky to deal with as it seemed they only communicated via text message, even when our situation got confusing.Air-conditioning unit stopped working during our stay, but the rental company quickly sent a tech out to work on it.The unit itself was in excellent shape with very nice furniture and kitchen essentials. Beach access was very easy as well as access to a nice pool and hot tub.Would definitely recommend to others.

It was a clean and a very beautiful place to stay. The view was beautiful too. We had a problem with parking. We had a third vehicle and never could get an answer on how to get a parking pass for it. Other than that our stay was wonderful!

Timing was late August, so beach and restaurants weren't crowded. Elevators and carts in condos made getting to/from unit VERY convenient. Unit was clean and well stocked.

The condo was great! Beautiful views and right on the beach. My family enjoyed the beach and pool. The condo was comfortable and had plenty of room for us.

Fabulous

We loved this property and would def come back. It was perfect for either a family or a group of friends. Beds were very comfy. View was fabulous. Enjoyed that it came with two beach service chairs.

San Souci was a wonderful condo right on the beach. We stayed in 707 and would definitely stay in it again. We’ll stocked, comfy beds, tasteful beach decor. Trolley stop right in front made easy access to all the island as to offer.

San Souci at Pensacola Beach

Perfect size condo for two families of four with kids. Beautiful view of the beach at a great location right across from Peg Leg Pete’s and Tom Thumb (which is great because we went there about 8 times to stock up on stuff we forgot!). Book it, you won’t regret it!

We have stayed here multiple times, our favorite condo in the building. The best layout for our family and the best view. Our only issue was the dryer which woild not dry our clothes so we vscuumed the lint trap and wow. Its been like that for a couple years. O t herwise, perfect as usual!

Better than expected!

What a fabulous trip! The accommodations were just perfect. The location couldn't have been better. After a brief hiccup when we initially arrived, communication was top notch and the customer service was on point. We'll be back for sure!
