What a wonderful trip. We will certainly be back. The condo was very clean, well organized and stocked with everything we needed— not to mention super adorable. We spent every morning + evening on the screened in deck over looking the tidal marsh. Thank you for letting us stay!

This was a great place for our family of four. Very clean, perfectly furnished, and the screened deck and views were great! The host gift was kindly received - a fun local treat! We highly recommend Creek Watch and hope to stay here again.

First floor bedrooms and back porch off master suite. 20 or so stairs up to 2nd floor. Nicely decorated open plan upstairs with screened porch overlooking the marsh. Serviceable kitchen if you’re planning on cooking. Community pool is easily accessible and short walk from unit.

Beautiful condo in a quiet area. We loved staying out on the island even though the weather was cooler than we'd have preferred. Great spot to relax and explore the low country and Charleston. Every was clean and convenient.

The home was very clean and well decorated. Amazing location, perfect communication. Only thing I would point out is the size of the primary shower. It was clean and fine for us, but if you are over 6 ft tall or a little bigger than average it could be tight.

Stunning!

LOVED our stay at Creek Watch. Loved the double balconies & inverted layout, seeing the sunrise & sunset glow over the marsh, hearing and seeing the ocean waves crashing in the distance, crab dock / boat launch / path just around the corner. Clean, kept, and just simply magical! Obvious care was taken in setting up furnishings in just the right places for easy workflow while staying. Thank you!

Great villa with gorgeous views!

We rented the place for overflow for a family gathering and it was perfect! The accommodations were very comfortable and had a relaxing coastal feel! The view was stunning!

Picturesque and Pleasant

We throughly enjoyed our time at this place and would return if the opportunity presents itself. The views were beautiful. The furniture was all nice and comfortable. The kitchen well stocked in terms of plates, utensils, and cooking. The location quiet. The parking was easy. Just a really good place and experience.

Creek Watch Saty

A cool area of Seabrook to stay. Being close to the crab dock and Capn Sam’s creek was great for fishing and paddle boarding. The marsh and creek views from the Villa were great. Close to everything. Villa had everything a group of 4 needed.

Perfectly Peaceful

This South Carolina Creek Watch villa was everything we hoped for and more. The view was absolutely perfect—overlooking the peaceful marsh with stunning glimpses of nature in every direction. Mornings were filled with the sounds of coastal birds, and evenings brought relaxing sunsets that made it hard to leave the porch. The villa itself was beautifully decorated with charming beach-inspired touches that created the ultimate coastal getaway atmosphere. Every room felt comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to help guests relax and unwind. The beds were so comfortable, we want them at our own homes. After exploring both Charleston and Savannah, this was the perfect retreat. The serene marsh setting offered a quiet escape from the crowds while still keeping us close to all the beauty of the Lowcountry. We loved walking along the beach, searching for shells, enjoying the ocean breeze, and taking in the incredible wildlife and natural scenery. If you're looking for a peaceful, scenic coastal escape with gorgeous views, beautiful beach décor, and easy access to some of the South's most charming cities, this villa is truly a hidden gem. We can't wait to return.

We have stayed at Sea Brook at least 9 times in the last 25 years. This unit was fair.

Hard to park two cars, noisy, not very well equipped.How about some paper cups in bathrooms and kitchen. Napkins. I am comparing this with other units we have stayed at.

Thank you for staying with us and for being such a longtime visitor to Seabrook — that kind of history on the island means a lot. I’m sorry to hear this particular unit didn’t compare as well to others you’ve used in the past. We continue to improve and upgrade the home. As for supplies, we provide a standard starter set that includes the basics. We appreciate the feedback and hope the rest of your time on Seabrook was enjoyable.

A Much Needed Repose

Steven and Sarah's Townhome on Sea Brook Island is the perfect place for a much needed rest and reset. We just enjoyed four days there in early April with our oldest daughter and her two children. Driving onto the island feels like going back in time to a quieter, more peaceful place. The townhome was pristine, beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed for a cozy stay. We were welcomed with a sweet note, a bottle of wine and the most delicious key lime cookies. Steven and Sarah were immediately responsive when the wifi went down and with their help my daughter had it up and running in a jiffy. The screened in deck offers a lovely view of the marsh and beach and we spent many hours visiting, reading and enjoying morning coffee there. The beach was easy to access and very secluded and the island is a perfect place to enjoy biking as a family due to the shady live oaks, smooth and flat streets and minimal traffic. We enjoyed watching the wildlife, especially the many varieties of birds. Our grandson loved visiting the crab dock just a short walk or bike ride away. Harris Teeter is conveniently located and the scenery and peaceful atmosphere is just what we all needed! We hope to visit again soon!

Southern Hospitality at its Finest!

After vacationing along the North and South Carolina coasts for 15+ years, I have found a spot that I want to keep coming back to! The home was pristine and smelled clean as soon as we opened the door. The keypad was so convenient too!! The bunk beds were such a fun feature for our girls. They loved it! The home was beautifully furnished and the views...words cannot describe the views! We found such joy sitting on the covered porch watching the tidal marsh. It was the peace and relaxation we were hoping for with this vacation. The home came stocked better than any other rental I have ever stayed in. It was so nice to not have to worry about running out for hand soap or paper products. The "starter pack" of supplies lasted all week!! The community pool was very clean and most times we were the only ones there. Our kids loved it! The pool is nestled along the marsh. It was so relaxing. Getting to the beach was just a short drive away. We often saw deer along the way. It was a gorgeous drive through the Spanish Moss draped trees. Freshfields Village is about a 5 minute drive. Our favorite was getting ice cream and sitting by the lagoon. We even saw an alligator there! We also went to the farmer's market as well as the bingo and movie night in the village green. This was by far our best vacation yet. This home was the epitome of peace, relaxation, and breathtaking views, all while be immersed in the beautiful natural landscape of the low country. We will be back!!!
