Welcome to Swandipity, where you'll know you've arrived the moment you set eyes on it! This stately and exquisite home offers the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment. With panoramic, unobstructed ocean views, Swandipity boasts a dune with a convenient walkover right outside your front door, ensuring that the ocean is just steps away. From the comfort of the ship's watch and sunroom to the wrap-around decks, every corner of this home invites you to immerse yourself in coastal bliss. And as evening falls, you'll delight in the nightly spectacle of the Currituck lighthouse. Plus, rest assured knowing that the oceanfront lots adjacent to Swandipity will remain undeveloped, ensuring your uninterrupted oceanfront experience during your stay!

On the ground level you will find a the large outdoor pool, pool furniture, a generous carport, enclosed outside shower and new stairs to the hot tub deck!

The mid level contains all 5 bedrooms, 4 are King En Suites, and one En Suite with 2 Twins. Everyone gets an en suite and there are 4 kings, so no fighting over who gets the best room in the house! Wrap around decking adds to the appearance.

The top level is divine, a huge high end great room, with open kitchen, dining area, living room, and a sun room off this room. Step outside to the front deck, or climb the stairs to the ships watch!

Trust me, once you're here, the only way you will want to leave is after you've secured your return visit!

Outside Ground Level: Private Pool, Hot Tub, Outdoor Shower, Carport.

Mid Level: 4 King En Suite Bedroom, En Suite Bedroom w/2 Twins.

Upper Level: Great Room, Kitchen, Dining Area, Sun Room w/Sleep Sofa, Full Bath, Deck Access.

Beach Parking: Parking passes are required on Currituck County beaches between the last weekend of April and the first weekend of October. When parking on the beach, please ensure your vehicle is parked with the trunk facing the ocean. This home provides TWO beach parking passes.

NOTE: Security cameras are located on the front and back decks facing the outside.

Swandipity - a beautiful beach house...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This may be the best beach house we have stayed at yet. The views from the top are amazing with all the windows. The 4x4 beach was fun to access...we loved staying here

Friends beach weekend

We had 3 couples and 2 singles. The house has plenty of space to gather. We were able to cook and hang out. The pool was great to all visit and lay in the sun. Plenty of chairs. We only wish there were outside speakers and maybe done beach chairs

Not the stay we had hoped for. It’s our 4th year at OBX. Pros of the house- Filtered water system, all king bedrooms, nice pool. Cons - leaky ceilings in foyer & bedroom. Poor drainage when it rains.

We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the filtered water system, the king bedrooms, and the pool. Those are features many guests appreciate. Regarding the concerns you mentioned, we take maintenance issues seriously. Any roof or drainage concerns are addressed as soon as they are identified, and we work closely with owners and vendors to resolve them promptly. Weather-related conditions can occasionally create temporary challenges, particularly during heavy or wind-driven rain, but we certainly want guests to alert us during their stay so we have the opportunity to respond in real time. We appreciate you sharing your experience and will continue working to ensure the home is well-maintained for future guests.

Great location and the layout of the house was perfect. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice. The poolside showers and storage closet were very dirty and the showers did not work. There was trash around the perimeter of the pool area and garage. Two of the toilets did not work and the washing machine drain backed up into the adjacent shower. There was no internet connection and service was not provided even though a maintenance order was issued. Communication with Beach Realty was good and they responded quickly when notified- but the maintenance service was poor and the provider attempted to fix the toilets two times but didn’t Bedrooms are small and bathrooms are dated. We would consider going back because of the location and the views are amazing from the top deck. The owners just need to renovate the house and get better support from a reliable maintenance and housekeeping contractors.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: smoke alarms where going off when we arrived, no propane for grill, fireplace didn't work, and women on the phone seems irritated when we called about smoke alarm.

BEST RENTAL IN 17 YEARS OF RENTING

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Swandipity is not only a fantastic location, but it was the best equipped and cleanest house we've rented in 17 years of renting in the outer banks. Beach Realty is the best -- we've rented from every other company, and you guys just have the best service and amenities.
