Gorgeous, newly renovated, corner unit with L shaped deck,2 bedroom, 2 bath with picturesque views featuring main level open floor plan with a kitchen, dining area that seats 8, sitting area, pull-out queen sofa, Air Conditioning, floor to ceiling stone fireplace, large screen tv with WiFi and cable, full bath. Basement has storage area for skis, snowboards and includes new washer/dryer. Sliding glass doors leads to wrap around deck with beautiful views of the natural outdoors with a seating area and a BBQ. Upstairs floor includes second full bath and two spacious bedrooms. Spacious master bedroom includes queen bed and double pull out to sleep total of 4, with TV with cable and 200upstream 10downstream internet service(turbo) and large two door closet. Second bedroom includes bunkbeds and trundle as well as single pull out to sleep a total of 5, with TV /cabe and large two-door closet .Location ideal in the Elm Ridge townhome community with sledding hill on property..5 minute ride to Windham ski Mountain and Town.Check in 2:00 p.m and Check out 11:00am. 15 minute ride to Hunter Mountain with a great spring/ summer Menu of great Entertainment and Zip Line. Golf course 5 min away with music every Friday night in summer. Great Restaurants in town. Enjoy the country in this cozy rustic modern townhouse.All the comforts you can ask for. We enjoyed our stay. A beautiful home with very clear instructions and hosts that are accommodating and easy to communicate with. I'd highly recommend especially if you're looking for a nice and comfortable place to relax while enjoying the great outdoors of the Catskills

Wonderful place to stay for mountain trip

A group of 7 of us stayed at this property for the weekend and we had a great time. The owners provided everything we could think of - TV, wifi, laundry, kitchen equipped with utensils and appliances, and comfortable sleeping accommodations for everyone. To top it off, the property was conveniently located near Hunter Mountain and a plethora of beautiful hiking trails, white water rafting, boating and other activities. Thanks again to the owners for making this a great trip and I recommend others to check out this property for a great vacation.

Very cozy felt like being at home. Mike was amazing to work with this was my first time using VRBO

I will be using vrbo again my girlfriends and I went to taste of country at hunter Mountain festival. The place was perfect and not to far. They had everything plus so much more for a three night stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything for breakfast( as we are out dinners). The deck was beautiful to sit and just relax. Thank you again Mike and Family for a beautiful comfortable place to stay. I WILL be contacting you again to stay for next years festival.

Perfect for families.

Our daughters had a wonderful time playing with the toys and the Wii system. This was a perfect home for our ski break. Very cozy and clean. The homeowner was extremely helpful and nice.

Above our expectations... and then some

First impressions mean everything. The moment you open the door and take a step inside a smile will come to your face, as you take a few more steps you realize the care the owners put into making this a welcoming home. The house has everything you need to make you feel like this is your second home. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful spot, nicest owner I've ever interacted with

This place was excellent! Full functional clean kitchen, plenty of hangout room, every couch pulls out to a bed, and 2 balconies! The owner is the nicest guy possible and will do everything he can to make your stay incredible. The neighbors are extremely nice and polite. The place is literally 5 minutes from Windham ski resort. A wonderful stay..we will 100% be back!
