Playas del Coco condo in quiet residential area of Las Palmas

Two-bedroom, two-bathroom relaxed poolside condo in a quiet location 2 min walk from the beach. This 6 condo complex is set in lush tropical gardens, has a private pool which is cleaned daily, its own car park and is located a few minutes walk to the beach, licensed supermarket, coffee shops and local restaurants. An easy 15 minute walk either along the beach path or the road takes you into downtown Coco. Door to door time from Liberia airport takes about 30 minutes.

The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave and blender, two fridges, AC, washing machine and wifi. There is a dining table that seats up to 6 people and a living space with 2 chairs, a couch and table. A selection of books and games are provided - feel free to take a book or exchange for one you brought.

The downstairs bedroom sleeps 2 and upstairs can sleep up to 4 people in a double bed and 2 singles. A balcony and ensuite completes the upper floor.

Coco is a lively beach town with a great buzz and a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and medical facilities. A great base to explore the endless sights of Costa Rica, with beaches and mountains within easy striking distance. Rent a car or take a tour company excursion from Coco to explore further afield. Boat trips, fishing and diving are also available.
