My family loved staying at this property. Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The backyard pool was very popular since we came in the hot July/August heat. House was clean and plenty of towels and beach towels were provided. Comfortable beds and pillows. The only thing I would recommend is a new oven mitt. I was baking and could only find one small potholder to use. Communication was always efficient with the owner. Would definitely stay at this house again, especially in the summer for the pool!

Thank you so much for the detailed feedback! We’re thrilled your family had a great stay and that the pool was such a hit during the summer heat. It’s wonderful to know the clean space, comfy beds, and extra beach towels helped make your trip comfortable and easy. We also really appreciate you mentioning the oven mitt! We've already added a fresh set of full-sized mitts to the kitchen so future baking is a breeze. Thank you for being such great guests, and we would love to welcome you and your family back for another pool day next summer!

The property is located in a central area. Quiet neighborhood very lovely and clean. Pool was great and the set up is perfect for making memories with loved ones. My only 2 recommendations are a new ceiling fan in the primary bedroom that isn’t loose and loud & a new shower head in the primary bathroom. The stream is weak and calcified so that’s a small bummer.

The house was so nice, comfy beds, clean. Showers were great. Ample closet space with a nice amount of hangers (which is so appreciated!).The only thing that threw me was the picture in the details that showed a totally different neighborhood as the "exterior" that didnt represent what the actual neighborhood looked like. But it was fine. We really enjoyed our stay!

his was our second time staying at this home, and it’s been just perfect both times. Only five doors down from my son’s house, it was the ideal spot for our week-long stay during his wedding. The house is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The location is great—close to restaurants, shops, and everything we had going on that week. Communication with the rental company was easy and responsive from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable home while visiting the area.

Family holiday

We had an enjoyable stay, the house was very clean inside and was well equipped. The outside table hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived and the pool could’ve done with a clean during our stay. The only downside was there was six of us but there was only five sun loungers, other than that I would highly recommend, the house is in a great location for exploring all of Los Angeles.

Thanks for your review! We're happy you enjoyed the house. We apologize for the outdoor table and pool; our cleaners ensure all areas are spotless, and we're addressing this. One lounger was damaged by prior guests, and we're replacing it. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back!

Pontos positivos: Check-in, comunicação e localização
The host was very responsive, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. This was perfect for a relaxing long weekend. The pool and outdoor furnishings were definitely the stars of the property. We spent much of our time outside enjoying the sunshine. The beds were comfortable, and we loved that the master suite was separate from the main house, which gave us a little extra privacy. There were a few things that could use some attention. The kitchen items (appliances, cookware, bowls, etc.) weren’t very organized or easy to find. It could have used things like more dish towels and placemats. There was no laundry soap, the floors were a bit dusty, and we couldn’t locate a lighter for the barbecue. We also noticed there wasn’t any Tupperware or food storage if you plan to cook. The photos made both the house and the lot look a bit larger than they are in person, and for the price, we were expecting slightly higher quality in a few areas.Even so, the house worked well for our group, and we truly enjoyed the pool and outdoor space the most. With a few small updates, this could be an even more comfortable and enjoyable stay for future

Thank you so much for the detailed review! We’re thrilled that you loved the pool, the outdoor setup, and the privacy of the separate master suite—it really is perfect for a relaxing getaway. We also appreciate your constructive feedback. We want our guests to have a seamless experience, so we are already reorganizing the kitchen, adding more essentials like dish towels and food storage, and ensuring amenities like laundry soap and a lighter are always fully stocked. We are also addressing the cleaning oversight with our team. Thank you for helping us improve, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future!

A Great Home Away From Home!

We had a wonderful stay at Lilly's home, made even better by the fact my son and his fiancée live just four doors away. The home is in a nice residential neighborhood, convenient to stores, highways and neighboring towns. Nicely decorated, it included a thoroughly stocked kitchen with all the necessary cooking tools, pots, pans, and appliances. There were games, extra pillows, blankets, sheets, etc. The keyless entry was especially convenient for our group, as it allowed everyone to come and go on their own schedule. During our stay, we noticed a small leak under the sink. While we were able to fix it ourselves, the property manager was quick to respond when I reach out to him. They were very communicative prior to and during our stay - checking in via email to make sure all was good. I would happily recommend both the home and the property management team (and hope to rent it again in the future!).

The pool was the highlight and the reason we rented this property. The kids had a great time. I thought the pool was a bit too cool for me, but rest of the family were in it all day. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were tidy and towels were clean. The kitchen had most of what we needed except a coffee mill/grinder and a spatula for flipping eggs or pancakes. The tv was perfect for watching World Cup games.
