We had a wonderful time at Over The Top in Hollister! Check in was easy, and upon arrival the house was spotless and well-stocked with more than enough room for our family of 18. I was able to easily communicate with the hosts via text during the stay for questions. The location of the house was amazing and we had a beautiful lake view to wake up to every morning. I would highly recommend this property and Rent Branson! Thank y’all for a wonderful trip!!

Great

If you are looking for a nice, fully furnished house that sleeps 22, Over The Top will exceed your needs. From the deck view, to the main floor with an open floor plan, to the lover level with games and hot tub, this house will absolutely create everlasting memories for your family and friends.

Great Stay

We held a large get together for Thanksgiving at Over the Top. There was plenty of room and the rental was stocked with everything we needed for the week. We loved the beautiful views of the lake, especially in the morning grabbing coffee on the deck. Would highly recommend for others.

Top of The Rock Stay

Again one of the best properties we've ever stayed in. new and all kinds of indoor and outdoor room. A+++++!

Beauty views

Lovely stay with nearly everything you need. Arrived late at night and woke to the most amazing views. Very nice property.

Great vacation rental

Our stay was wonderful! The house is beautiful, with ample room for large group. The view of the lake from the house and deck was amazing!! So peaceful to look out at the lake while enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a beverage later in the day/evening. And the location is ideal for going into Branson for activities or shopping. We would highly recommend!

The house was amazing!! We had a large group of 9 teenage boys, 4 younger boys and 4 adults. It accommodated us perfectly!! It was so clean, and beautifully decorated. The view is stunning. My favorite thing was the details. Every single bed had a usb and lightning charger next to it. Each room had an automatic nightlight and a little box where the remotes go so that they don’t get lost. Game room was fantastic! Bunk room was perfect for boys! Hot tub was amazing. Everything was stocked so well! Location is great! Check in and out processes were SO easy! Great communication as well! Truly, 5 stars all around! Will stay again!!

Wonderful stay & perfect for large groups of all ages

We had a wonderful stay at “Over The Top”. It is clean, spacious and luxurious, but still cozy, with an unbeatable view of Table Rock Lake - and only 15 minutes from the Branson attractions. We enjoyed sipping drinks and eating on the deck while watching beautiful sunsets over the lake. With two decks, three large gathering places, a large hot tub, a foosball table, Golden Tee Golf, and 9 TVs, we never ran out of things to do. The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of glasses, mugs, plates, silverware, cookware, bakeware and even a roaster. Not to mention 2 coffee makers with both drip and k-Cup options. We can't wait to stay there again!!!

Our stay was Over the Top!

Our recent stay was Over the Top! Everything was great… from excellent communication to great view of Table Rock Lake. The house was super clean on arrival. The kitchen was well stocked - from dishes, silverware, pots and pans, bowls, cutting boards, etc. …everything looked new! Our friends enjoyed having their own bathrooms and there was ample space to gather and relax. I especially loved sitting on the porch for some great sunsets. This home has thought of everything. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back again!!

Fabulous trip with friends!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at Over the Top overlooking Table Rock Lake, and it truly lived up to its name! We loved starting our mornings with coffee on the balcony, enjoying the beautiful lake views, and ending the day relaxing in the hot tub. The house itself is absolutely stunning, with every detail thought out and decorated so nicely. We went with friends and had an amazing time—the game room was a highlight, with a golf video game, fuseball table, tons of games, and plenty of space to hang out. Every bedroom had its own TV and private bathroom, which made it so comfortable and convenient for everyone. There's also a fantastic bunk room that we didn't use this trip, but it will be perfect when we bring our grandkids in the future. The location, views, and overall experience were second to none. We can't wait to come back!

Over the Top

We had an amazing stay at Over the Top with a group of friends. We took a direct flight from Chicago to Springfield, MO. The airport was a breeze, and we were on the road in our rental car a few minutes after landing. Over the Top is a beautiful new home with the perfect layout for a group, gorgeous furnishings, and tasteful decor. The kitchen has everything you need with ample space for multiple cooks. The lake views and nightly sunsets are outstanding! The bedrooms are spacious and private. We cooled off in the community pool complete with a fun slide and sprinklers for the kids and young at heart.

Perfect Layout for Large Families!

We stayed at Over The Top for Thanksgiving week with our extended family and absolutely loved it. The layout was perfect for large families with 8 ensuite bathrooms to each bedroom as well as a cute bunk room with a hallway bathroom. My husband and I rent homes frequently and this was by far one of the best stocked kitchens we have ever seen in a rental -- they had everything we needed to prepare our large family Thanksgiving meal (multiple cutting boards, many bowls, sauce pans, large pots, etc.) The lake views were gorgeous. The kids(and husbands) all had such a great time with the Golden Tee and foosball table. We did have two maintenance issues come up during our stay and the management company was quick to respond and send someone out. All of the decor was so pretty and modern. We would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding Residence!

Really, this summary is directed to the owners of this property. This is the most complete place we have ever stayed in. Everything is over the top relative to quality and quantity down to the point that everything in the drawers is labeled and of high quality. You have also provided more than enough pots, pans, glasses, utensils, glasses furniture, beds etc., and I could go on for a long time highlighting our other observations. We worked hard to clean everything before we left out of our respect to your wonderful home. When we come back to Branson, we will insist on staying at this at Over The Top. A big Thank You for your commitment to our wonderful stay and we wish you great success with your home.

The view of the lake is wonderful. The layout of the house was great for our extended family. Liked having a bathroom for every bedroom. Nice to have the spacious game room downstairs for the kids in addition to the family room upstairs.
