Our guests are eligible for a special Pointe Royale Golf Stay & Play rate of $60 per person for 18 holes with a cart (regularly $109.99).



Guests must call to reserve a tee time; online booking is not available for the Stay & Play rate. Please let us know that you plan to use the golf offer so we can provide the required confirmation.

Enjoy the convenience of staying inside Pointe Royale while still being close to the best of Branson, including shows, restaurants, shopping, Table Rock Lake, Lake Taneycomo and family attractions.



TRAVELING WITH A LARGER GROUP?



We also manage additional townhomes very close by, including two side-by-side units. If your group needs more space while still staying near one another, message us and we’ll be happy to check availability for our nearby properties.



GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING



• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

• Rental agreement is required after booking.

• No smoking.

• Please ask about options for boat and/or trailer parking.



PET POLICY



Pets are considered with PRIOR approval. Please do not Instant Book with a pet before contacting us.



We may approve 1–2 small adult dogs under 40 lbs that are low-shedding, fully housetrained and comfortable being kenneled when left alone. Dogs may not be on furniture or beds and must be leashed and picked up after outside.



Approved pets are $25 per night per pet.



CHECKOUT EXPECTATIONS



To help our cleaning team prepare the home for the next guests, we ask that the following checkout procedures be completed:



• Heat left at 60 degrees or A/C at 75 degrees. During June–August, please leave the A/C running at 70 degrees.

• Gather trash from the kitchen and bathrooms and take it to the blue dumpsters.

• Place used dishes in the dishwasher and start it.

• Make sure windows, doors and sliders are closed and locked.

• If time allows, starting one load of towels is appreciated but optional. Our cleaners will transfer them to the dryer.

• Leave resort amenity cards on the counter. Lost cards are $20 each to replace.

• Return remotes to their designated rooms.

• Please take one final look for chargers and other personal belongings before leaving.
