This BRAND NEW house has the perfect layout for large family vacations with plenty of indoor and outdoor living areas. Your summer vacation awaits you 3 short blocks to the beach and across the street from the bay. Rent this beautiful open, airy, house and you will make it your LBI summer home for years to come. Two indoor living rooms plus 2 wrap around decks (1 covered) and a roof top deck! 2 Bedrooms with king beds, 1 bed room with a queen, 1 bedroom with a twin bunk over full over twin trundle and another with 4 twin beds (2 bunk beds). House is large enough to fit 3 families comfortably and includes beach badges for 10 people (only required for kids over the age of 12). Also includes: 3 flat screen TVs, central A/C, grill, washer/dryer and beautiful complete kitchen for all of your needs. There are 2 garages with plenty of room for storage of bikes, beach supplies etc and an outside shower. This is a family neighborhood and we are looking to rent to families that respect our house and neighbors. Great location that is walking distance to local shops for browsing, Jersey Girl for bagels, coffee and sandwiches, Blue water cafĆ© for lunch or dinner and Nardiā€™s. Easy, free shuttle ride to Fantasy Island shops and rides. Note, owner will be the only one with access to apt over the 3rd garage and may be onsite during the weekend to ensure smooth changeover. Please no pets and no smoking.

We stayed at this house in Haven Beach, LBI, with 10 people from our family, and it was perfect for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out without feeling crowded. The location was fantasticā€”just a short walk to a beautiful, quiet stretch of beach that never felt crowded. We loved that it was close enough to Beach Haven for all the restaurants, shops, and activities, but far enough away to enjoy peace and relaxation when we wanted it. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a beach getaway. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, making the whole experience easy and stress-free. The decks at sunset were amazing. Great for selfies! Weā€™d definitely stay here again!

Great Family Vacation

We wanted to have a long weekend with our adult children and their significant others. This home was excellent for that, since it has 3 bedrooms with queen or larger beds. The living space was large, with multiple balconies for relaxing outside. The property was in a nice residential area, so evenings were quiet.

Loved this gorgeous beach house ā€” it was absolutely perfect for our multi-generational family of 14. The location couldnā€™t have been better ā€” minutes from the beach and right across the street from the bay, with great restaurants nearby. The multi-level layout gave everyone plenty of room to spread out, but also great spaces to come together for meals, games, and hanging out. The amazing decks offered spectacular sunsets, and we enjoyed our coffee outside every morning, overlooking the bay. The basement with ping pong was a hit with the teens, and having kayaks, beach carts, and beach chairs available was a nice bonus!Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and multiple refrigerators came in handy with such a big group. Karen was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful from start to finish. This newly built, spacious house in LBI is gorgeous inside and out! Highly, highly recommend!

Amazing experience

This property is so dreamy! The views from the decks are so beautiful. The location is such a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of room to spread out, relax, and hang out. The house is well equipped and it's extremely clean for a rental. Our group was so impressed and sad when our stay ended. Highly recommend LBI and this property in particular. The owner is also very responsive. We had such a great trip and hope to return again. 12/10!

Great LBI Home for LBI Family Gathering

We are grateful for having such a beautiful home for our family gathering. Having sold our home on LBI earlier this year, this beautiful home provided the opportunity for us to to gather in our "happy place" with plenty of room for privacy of all family members. The location is wonderful, with beautiful sunset views that we enjoyed after making some wonderful meals in a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Our only constructive feedback is to have a few hooks for hanging up towels and an outdoor clothesline. We rented bikes for everyone at Acme Surf and Sail, which gave great flexibility to all to easily access all the nearby attractions. We highly recommend this lovely home...with views, views, views!!!!

Fun, comfortable weekend with gorgeous views

We had a lovely stay! There was more than enough room for 14 to sleep comfortably. Plenty of deck space and gorgeous views of the bay. It was a quick 7-8 minute walk to the beach. Prime location for restaurants, shops, and bars. Well decorated and clean. There is closed off access to the ownerā€™s apartment on the other side of a chic barn door + French doors behind in the open concept kitchen/dining/living room, but this didnā€™t bother us at all! Games in the garage but we didnā€™t use them. We had a perfect weekend :) Thank you, Karen!!

Wonderful Stay on the Bay

This home was perfect! My family has stayed in many rentals, this one was definitely one of the best! Very clean, spacious, room to hang out together. The view from the deck was amazing. The games and extras in the garage were a bonus.

We feel so fortunate to have stayed in this lovely house for our familyā€™s first visit to LBI! Simply yet thoughtfully appointed, this house was pure zen relaxation from the moment we arrived! Everything we needed was here for us and the location with beautiful bay views was utter perfection - especially the sunsets!! Located in a peaceful neighborhood right on the bay, it was easy to get to the ocean side beach as well as to all of the shops and restaurants in the center of town. Wonderful hosts who have lovingly maintained this home that we hope to revisit!

Perfect house for a long weekend

This house was wonderful! We spent every night on the deck watching the sunsets, and were lucky enough to catch some Labor Day Weekend fireworks. It was extremely clean and exactly as described in the pictures and description. The street was quiet and an easy walk to the beach or quick bike ride to shops. It was perfect for 5 couples to get together. Karen was a wonderful host - very friendly and responsive. Would love to come back next year!
