You and your family will absolutely LOVE our brand-new (2024) luxurious custom-built Beach Home located just a couple of steps away from Sunset Park, that offers endless fun all summer long. Amazing sunsets and breathtaking bay views while being only one block from the ocean beach make our location perfect for an unforgettable family vacation.
Our brand-new super comfortable furniture and bedding will ensure your LBI vacation is enjoyable and relaxing. Gather your entire family in our beautiful kitchen with white countertops, commercial-grade oven, and wine/drink mini-fridge. 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with 3 En-Suite bathrooms. 4 bedrooms with king size beds and 1 bunk bedroom with 2 bunk beds (twin over full and full over full). Three-level elevator. Large decks including rooftop deck with comfortable furniture and amazing sunset views. Surround sound speaker system throughout beautifully appointed main living room with an open floor plan. Additional family room on the ground level with a comfortable large sectional sofa and a large TV (think kids gathering room :-)))
Large and rejuvenating Swim Spa surrounded by hydrangeas and crape myrtle trees. Outside shower. Comfortable and relaxing outside sitting arrangement with a gas fire pit to enjoy an evening cocktail.
We provide 8 beach badges and beach chairs. Beach badges are not needed for kids ages 12 and under. No linens/towels/paper products are provided.
Our rental week runs from FRIDAY to FRIDAY, so our guests could spend more time on the beach and less time in traffic.
In SUNSET PARK you will find tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, baseball field, well equipped playground, crabbing dock, fishing pier, exercise course, bocce, horseshoes and incredible sunsets. Wednesday nights there are free concerts and many other activities including craft show and art festival, art camps, baseball/ soccer/ lacrosse camps and many others. Miniature golf is available a short distance away. Fishing equipment and kayaks are available at the Marina nearby.
COME AND ENJOY peaceful mornings with glorious sunrises, afternoons filled with fun activities and sandy feet and in the evening find yourself enjoying soft and warm evening bay breeze with absolutely gorgeous sunsets while rejuvenating in the Swim Spa with a glass of your favorite wine. What can be more relaxing?

NOTE: as we have just finished building our dream beach home, please keep in mind that listed reviews belonged to our old cape cod, not the new home that we built. Same amazing location, brand new home. No pets are allowed!

If you want to be away from the crowds this is the place to . House was well appointed and close to both bay and beach added bonus was the park that my dog enjoyed tremendously. The owners are easy to contact and pleasant to work with. Would rent this place again and again.

Gorgeous home with beautiful Sunset Views

The house was a beautiful, new home! We had a wonderful week. Perfect location for our granddaughter with the park so close. Great area for walking, convenient to beach. Huge swim spa in the yard was very relaxing. Elevator was a huge help. Beautiful sunsets! Host was great with communication.

Excellent experience and dog welcome.

Despite the current situation wife and I decided we needed a vacation. We both love LBI and decided to rent a home. Our small dog was approved stay with us. The owners answered all our questions. The place was very, very clean and in good shape. The BBQ looked totally new and was used twice a day. It’s in a great location on the island and has a park right outside. Wife’s parents joined us for a few days. Would rent it again.

An absolutely amazing week at LBI!

We had a wonderful week on Long Beach Island. Our stay at Kevin and Viktoriya’s beautiful beach house in Harvey Cedars was amazing. The house provided everything we needed/wanted and more. With a perfect design and beautiful decor, this beach house was located just 1 block from the ocean and a stone’s throw from the bay and Sunset Park. The location made our vacation such a breeze to navigate with our five grandchildren ages 4 and under. Just a few minutes in a wagon and we could be swimming at the beach or playing on the playground. What a joy for all of us! Our hosts were wonderful. The property description was accurate. Expectations were clearly outlined and easy to follow and check-in and check-out was simple. Communication was terrific snd all of our questions were answered clearly and quickly. This home has everything and is absolutely beautiful. Comfortable , clean and tastefully decorated, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The rooftop deck provided a clear view of the magnificent sunsets . The main deck was big and had ample room for dining outdoors, barbecuing and even playing a toddler version of Simon Says! The swim spa is brand new and accommodates up to 10 persons. It was a nice extra on the cool evenings we had during our week on LBI. We truly could not have asked for a more perfect home or host for our family vacation! We hope to be back next year! Thank you very much. for EVERYTHING!

Great Location for the Beach and the Sunsets!!

The property had great hang out space both inside and on the back patio. It is on a busy street as it sits adjacent to Sunset Set Park, the water tower and the building to buy beach tags. We were able to bring our well behaved dogs. Overall it was a good value for the price.

Have been staying here for multiple years now. Great for kids and dogs - right across from the park but a quiet location on LBI. Comfy house with everything you need and very kind and responsive owners!

Just perfect for our vacation.

Based on our needs where our family included teens, and infant and a dog this house was perfect for our vacation. I would comment on the trailer that was left on the property advertising the owners business - it was disconcerting because I felt like people may have thought that it was a commercial property. Other than that the property was clean and we enjoyed our time in LBI

Our family of 6 enjoyed 2 beautiful weeks here. The property was the cleanest rental we’ve ever encountered. Location is perfect for a family with children! Our little ones loved the playground and bay right across the street, our dogs loved the open space to run in the park, we fished and crabbed with the kids off the park’s dock, and the ease of crossing the boulevard with the traffic light on our street was great getting to and from the beach. Super short and easy walk to the beach. Comfy beds! Lots of open space in the house for the kids to play! Loved spending the evenings grilling on the back patio! Owners were wonderful to deal with and so accommodating! This place is a gem! We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

Great Location

Property was spotless, the house is very quiet. Great location next to local park enjoyed walks, concert, spectacular sunsets without getting into your car. Beach was a small walk from house almost semi private not too many people. Neighbors were very friendly, lots of happy dog owners. Very safe location.

Loved our week and loved Harvey Cedars!

We had such a wonderful time at this rental. All the special little touches made it feel like home. This rental has plenty of room, plenty of living space and plenty of charm. I could be wrong but many of the pictures and decorations looked hand made which I loved! All of the decorations gave this rental such a warm and a family inviting feeling. The owners were very responsive and such a pleasure to work with.. I felt like I had a little piece of heaven during my stay. Thank you for your hospitality. Great location!

We rented for July 4 week with 4 adults and 3 teens and this property provided plenty of space for all of us. Having 2 baths was a definite plus! Excellent location just steps from the bay and a 2 min walk to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. Owners are a delight to work with and respond quickly to questions/concerns. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location for beach and more

Rented this home in July. The location was ideal for just about everything that you come for in Long Beach Island. Three large bedrooms and 2 full baths - great for an extended family. One short block to the most beautiful and uncrowded beach. Just across the street form Sunset Park which offers a bayside recreation area with a playground for children, fields, basketball courts, restrooms, a pier for fishing or crabbing and a gazebo to sit in the shade and have your morning coffee or watch the sun set over Barnegat Bay. The house was comfortable with cable tv, internet and central air a large kitch with all the amenities.From the house its a short ride to the lighhouse, and the most enjoyable evening cruise out of Viking village.

I grew up coming to LBI to my grandparents' home since I was born. And that experience I treasure and would not exchange to anything else. I met my lovely wife here and now I want my kids to have the same experience as I did and love LBI as much as I do.

Our Home has a very easy access to the bay and beach and we enjoy surfing, kayaking, soaking up the sun and our little children absolutely LOVE Sunset Park.
