Plus the balcony here gives you the best spot for beautiful beach and gulf views. In fact, you'll find yourself spending lots of time out there. Bring your binoculars so you can watch the dolphins playing in the morning. And get ready to enjoy the magnificent sunsets in the evening. Youā€™ll also find many attractive features in our spacious beach residence.
From 8/18/25-2/9/26 the resort will be painting balconies during these dates so there will be workers present and scaffolding up on affected balconies.
LIMITED BALCONY USE: From 10/1-10/31, guests will not have access to the balcony between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday. Balcony furniture will be stored inside the condo during these dates as well per HOA instructions.

Our stay at Seychelles was very enjoyable. The condo was well equipped and we especially enjoyed the included beach service. The location was near several great restaurants and activities. The beach was clean and even though we had rain several days, we hope to stay again.

Wonderful condo

We loved the condo & the view was wonderful! The only suggestion is more information for the rental of the chairs on the beach & we never received the code for the beach access. Luckily our daughter had another condo in the same building through another property manager so we were able to use her code. Overall the rest of our stay was very nice.

Overall our stay was great!

Location and amenities were great, so close to the state park and the residents and guests were friendly. There were a couple of days that the water was shut off at the beach access so sand was everywhere and we could t help but track it up with us. Hated that we needed to supply additional trash bags and toilet paper for our brief stay. The pool and hot tub varied in temperatures so we missed out on getting to enjoy those for a couple of days. The dishes were mostly unwashed, but was addressed when we called to report it. This place has a great view, comfortable beds and was well kept we would gladly come back!

Very Nice Condo, but lots of people for little beachfront

The condo was Awesome and we enjoyed our stay. This complex is right next door to Schooners. (A local bar and grill), so super nice to be able to walk next door to grab lunch or dinner(food and service was great). My complaint was this property had little beachfront for number of units and people staying here. The rental chairs are 3 deep, so hard to get a front chair. If it was a smaller complex would be fine, but to many people for that limited beachfront. Overall, the complex is nice and SUPER secure, lots of locked doors and gates with access codes (so you better have a good memory). The rental company did not give these gate and door codes so we had to ask another rental company located on sight, which they were really nice. Loved location, but not the crowdedness.

Ok visit

I was told that the beach access would be interrupted for a day or half a day by voice mail. When called to ask (mike) best beach getaway management company about it there was nothing to be done it was the city doing. I was very disappointed in this we had no beach access for the whole visit . We had to Either walk or drive another beach which we did . Management should have offered a some kinda refund for this inconvenience. I feel I paid for private beach and chair service which didnā€™t happened . Then I feel the staff at condo Seychelles are not friendly at all . The one employee when came in told my daughter I lied about beach being only closed for a day . I didnā€™t know it would last all week construction ran through the night . Not great sight to see in the morning or at the pool or at night. Needless to say we wonā€™t be staying again .

Extremely clean Condo - adequately equipped

We enjoyed staying in this unit. This unit was "extremely" clean and "very" tidy. It was "very" well equipped with necessary kitchen items, we had a "very" nice amount of towels in each bathroom. The beds were comfortable, especially, the king bed, I was pleasantly surprised. Although the furniture was nothing fancy, it was clean and adequate for a rental (which I totally understand). The bathrooms were "very" clean and both showers were great. In my opinion, there were only two items that I feel could be addressed. The kitchen faucet, although, functional, may need to be upgraded (it is dated, and, makes a sqeaky sound when you move the faucet). The second item, the only closet in the bedroom doesn't have enough of open space. We could only hang clothes on one side of the closet, the other side was entirely taken up by wire boxed storage sections and 2 or 3 big trash bags with possibly other comforters or blankets inside and the entire top shelf was taken up with an abundance of extra pillows (which is very nice, but, again, could only use 1/2 the closet, and, minimal space on floor for shoes b/c of vacuum and 1 or 2 other items on the floor). Perhaps the chest in the living room area can house all the trash bags and pillows. Only in my opinion, in would be great to get rid of the wire boxed sections in the closet. Then extreme cleanliness of this unit far outweighs the two items that in my opinion could possibly be addressed.

Better service

The beach getaways company does not have customer service! We arrived at 4:30 am and never received a code to get into the parking garage we left several messages with the number we were given to call if we needed anything . Never received a call back .three days later someone finally answered when we called however never during the conversation did we receive a sorry for the inconvience . On Saturday another person staying there told us the gate code however it changed on Sunday night but we did not receive a message telling us that luckily there was a worker in the parking garage who told us the new code . When we finally got a hold of someone her response was the code was on your email that we sent but when my husband asked her to resend the email then asked her to read it there was no code included still no apology. The furniture was dirty and we had to cover the couch will a sheet in order to sit on it , the shower liner in the bathroom attached to the bedroom was dirty , the same bathroom had mold around the ceiling above the shower , the sheets did not fit the bed, also the rugs that were on the balcony were falling apart and each time you went to the balcony you had to sweep the floor because it was being tracked In . Lastly the balcony was dirty it had not been swept or cleaned . The beach view was amazing but the condition of the room was not nor was the communication

Condo was nice, Property Manager issues

The Property was very nice, had a couple of items that were not working, had maintenance come and replace a Towel rack that was not mounted well in the Bathroom, lost power on some of the electrical outlets, overall a nice stay may not use the Best Beach Getaways company again, I will use some of the other ones We have used in the past

Dirty condo

The property was fine, but we got no gate code to get in once we arrived and the staff was already gone so we had to ask someone else that was staying there what the gate code was. Then the condo was still dirty after they told us it was ready.

Panama city stay

Not very well maintained. Run down property the elevators did not work had to haul my luggage from the 8th floor down the stairs. The apt has a door that connected to the next door apt one night the neighbors opened it up. The electrical outlets were unscrewed, cables sticking out. Oberall very mediocre location.

My sister and I had a wonderful sisters get away. Everything was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need. Location is great, loved being next to schooners. We loved having the chair service included in our stay. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Thank you so much !!

Great Location

My family had a great vacation the week we went to Seychelles 902. The weather was perfect and the water was crystal clear. We loved the location in that it was not crowded and Schooners was right next door for some good food. The only reason we could not give it five stars was there were some hairs in the kids sheets, there was not a vacuum, and the fire alarm woke us up at 5am due to needing a new battery in which we had to go buy one to get it to stop beeping.
