Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. It was also a great location to downtown and a quick drive to other neighboring towns.

We loved Saugatuck and we loved this place. It is the perfect location to get into town. It’s well stocked with everything you would need for your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this well kept property. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds been super comfortable. Wonderful view at the lake. All as advertised Communications been excellent. Absolutely can recommend this place

Unit 9 is a PHENOMENAL property - so many positives!!! It is immaculately clean, outfitted with everything a family could need, super spacious, steps from the pool and gorgeous views are offered from the two outdoor seating areas. The rooms are spacious, well appointed, and offer privacy and easy bathroom access to all. The host responded immediately to any question I had throughout the booking and stay process. I would recommend this unit to a family, for a girls' trip and a romantic getaway. The area has so much to offer and walking is easy to Douglas and Saugatuck. Can't wait to return!

We would definitely recommend this house for two couples. It was very clean, a great location for walking to downtown Saugatuck and had everything we needed.

Our experience was great from start to finish. Easy check in. The house was immaculate and equipped with everything we needed. Pool was nice and not crowded. Location was perfect for downtown Saugatuck, Mt. Baldhead, Saugatuck Dunes, Echo Beach, and Schooner Serenity sailing. The host was great with communication to make sure we had everything we need and all questions answered. We had a little confusion when we arrived, not knowing which house it was (#9) as they all look the same. Maybe it was somewhere in the listing or in my confirmation but I couldn’t find it when we got there. So my husband creeped around a couple of the houses trying to figure it out, luckily we found it before anyone thought he was a burglar. Other than that, everything was PERFECT!!

Great location! Loved the proximity to the pool especially traveling with little kids. The property grounds are super cute with pretty sunsets over the water. The place is generally clean. We have high standards and there was some wear and tear. But overall worked out great. We walked and biked into town , used the pool a bunch. The property manager has extremely heavy marketing. Everywhere you look there is an attempt to upsell you on something. What got me was there was an offer to check out early or late by an hour for an incredibly high price. Most rentals I’ve stayed at, the owner will offer the early or late checkout for free as long as they are able to make it work. We were hoping to check out an hour later and it was nearly the cost of another night stay. So that was a little annoying. But overall it was a nice place to stay and we had a great time in saugatuck.

Our stay wonderful!!! The condo was clean and The amenities were perfect, and we loved all the extra details. The chairs on the balcony were fabulous but there were wasp nest in the screw holes so we weren’t able to use them. We’d recommend this property!!

Mother/Daughter Weekend

Girls getaway in Saugatuck and Holland. This property was in a great location and we were very comfortable staying at this property. The only issue we had was with the front door lock but quickly learned to pull up hard on the handle to engage. Soap and shampoo would be nice additions, but otherwise everything was provided.

We had a wonderful time and the fireplace was so cozy on these snowy nights. Downtown Saugatuck was beautiful at Christmastime. My one suggestion would be a rug or mat inside the door for snowy boots. They asked that we don't wear shoes in the house, which wasn't a problem. But there wasn't a place to put wet shoes or snowy boots to get them off the beautiful hardwood floors. We will definitely be back.

Short & sweet…

…even though the whole town lost connection to gas so no heat or hot water after about 3 hours into our stay. Mike Z did a great job of helping us manage that weird turn of events. Lovely home. Probably even better with heat.

Not as clean as this past summer

We stayed in the same unit with our family in July and the unit was so clean. This past stay the sheets were actually not washed, they were duty. This was disgusting and very disappointing for over $400 a night. We filled out a review by text and heard nothing back.
