We had an amazing stay at Nigel’s place in the Grand Venetian. The condo was spotless, the views were unreal, and Nigel was great to work with super responsive and genuinely helpful. We loved everything about the stay and will 100% be back

Beautiful condo!

We've stayed at the GV numerous times and this was the first time in a 1 bedroom. The place was great. Double balcony; one off the living room, another off the bedroom. Also two full bathrooms. Awesome views of the ocean and sunsets. The condo is on the 7th floor in Tower 3, which was lower than we've stayed before but it was still great. The condo was very clean and well maintained, probably the best we've seen there. Nice, clean, comfortable, furniture and bed. Nearly everything/all the necessities necessary in the kitchen. Excellent communication with the owner/manager. We also paid for a maid halfway through the trip which was very reasonable and she did an excellent job. Overall, highly recommended, we would stay there again, thanks.

Great Location & Amazing View!

Just spent a week at this amazing condo. It's even nicer than the photos on-line!! Beautifully decorated, and absolutely immaculate, it had everything we needed for a great holiday. From the comfortable furniture inside & out, to the fully stocked kitchen, it was perfect. We enjoyed stunning sunsets each night from the generous deck! The grounds and pools are immaculate and it's an easy walk to great restaurants and shopping. Will definitely be back!! Thanks Nigel & Ana.

10 Days in PV

My husband and I enjoyed 10 glorious day in sun drenched Puerto Vallarta. The apartment was exactly as illustrated and the communication with Nigel was the best we have ever encountered. The location is superb and is within walking distance of several groceries stores, high end shopping and excellent restaurants. The grounds and pools are extremely well kept.

Great building with lots of options for pool or beach. Good location about half way to town or marina. Costco walkable too. Beach club a little loud on the weekends but manageable for sleeping through. Amazing sunset view. Would absolutely stay here again !

Beautiful Condo

The condo was clean and had everything needed for our 12 day stay. It was a quick Uber ride for groceries at the Costco and La Comer grocery store ( directly next door to the Costco) The grounds at the Grand Venetian are beautiful and we felt very safe staying here.

Gorgeous Apartment-Great Property

We just spent 4 weeks at Nigel and Ana’s beautiful condo and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The apartment is stylishly decorated throughout, including the seating area on the terrace where we watched the awesome sunsets every night over the bay. The kitchen is the best outfitted one I have ever found in a rental…it even has sharp knives! And the king bed and pillows were super comfortable too. The Grand Venetian property was great with it’s 3 beautiful infinity pools, nice gym, massage and mani-pedi salon on site, and inexpensive and delicious poolside restaurant. Additionally, it’s a short walk to other food restaurants and the Isla shopping mall. I would give this condo a 5 star+ rating if it was possible!

Beautiful condo

My wife and I have stayed at the Grand Venetian several times over the years and hands down this was the most beautiful spacious condominium we have had the privilege to stay in. It had a amazing view, beautiful interior and meticulously cleaned. Overall a very pleasant experience

Everything was perfect!

A beautiful Condo with all of the right amenities. We had a wonderful time in Puerto Vallarta and largely impart to the place we stayed. Sitting on the balcony watching the bay was so relaxing. Would highly recommend!

A Nice and Clean Condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located condo. The host was great, and the onsite manager was very helpful. Thank you, Nigel and Gabi! It was lovely watching the sunset from the balcony. A tiny nuisance was the loud music from the Chicabal beach club across the river, Fri - Sun afternoons. We planned activities to be away, so it wasn't too bad.

Stay Here!

This place is awesome!! Centrally located in PVR. Always felt safe. Clean with every amenity you could ask for. Views are amazing!! To the haters that complained about noise from the place across the river. Not a big deal at all!!!! They stop at 10pm. If you need to go to bed before then then go to bed before then. My wife and I napped for a few hours with music playing with no issues. Great hosts! Would stay again and plan on staying again. Thanks for letting us stay!

Great Condo in Fabulous Location

We just spent 2 weeks in Niguel and Ana's condo at the Grand Venetian. The condo was nicely decorated, with good seating areas for up to 4 people. It was wonderful having 2 bathrooms even though it was just my husband and myself. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, pots/pans, utensils, etc. Since we were there for 2 weeks we made many meals in the kitchen which was really easy to cook in. It was great having a washer and dryer in the unit. Nigel provided a housecleaner after our first week, which was GREATLY appreciated. One suggestion would be to have a vacuum cleaner to easily clean the floors. Both the bedroom and living room had wall-to-wall & ceiling-to-floor windows. The condo was on the 7th floor which was a great height to see everything in the bay we wanted to. Only negative about the view was that you can see the river and since we were there during the rainy season the river was dirty. We just focused on the ocean which was beautiful. The location was ideal to see all the boats going around the bay. We even got to see the cruise ship going in and out each week. All the pools and jacuzzis were large and never crowded. We were always able to find lounge chairs around the pool. The restaurant at the main pool had good food and drinks. Staff wander around taking orders and delivering food so you don't have to even get out of the water. Remember to take your wallet with you to the pool because you do have to pay for the food/drinks since there isn't room charges like at a hotel. Security was wonderful; checking at the entrance to the property and as people went in and out to the beach. We always felt safe! Nigel was always quite to answer all my emails and questions about his condo. His response time was outstanding. Gabi, his condo manager, was so friendly and helpful. She met us at the tower and took us up to the condo. Gave us a tour of the condo and pointed out where things were, like extra towels. She helped get bottled water delivered. Another added bonus provided by Nigel and Ana. Overall this was a perfect vacation. Thank you, Nigel and Ana for letting us stay in your beautiful condo.

Perfect getaway

Nigel and Ana's condo was just what I was looking for. Perfectly stocked with everything we needed, great location and amazing views. Nigel was excellent at responding to any and all questions or concerns that I had. He and Gabi (rental manager) were very accommodating and helpful when our returning flight was canceled for 24 hours. I will definitely be returning.

Wonderful vacation!

Grand Venetian getaway

The Grand Venetian is a central location between downtown and the marina and airport. The unit had a great view to the ocean to watch the cruise ships coming and going and the sunsets. There were 5 pools to choose from and even though the restaurant was under renovation, we could still order food and drinks by the pool. The only issue we had was the unit is next to a public beach where the locals like to hang out and party all hours of the night. I’m a very light sleeper so without a fan running or earplugs, I was woken up most nights. The police did try to shut it down a couple times during our stay. There is nothing the owners can do about this situation, but just something to know in advance. Overall, I would still absolutely recommend the unit based on my experience.

Perfect location with amazing view

This property was perfect for what we wanted. Every morning I would get up and sip my coffee on the expansive balcony, watching the surf come in. Comfortable space and amazing property. Short walks to shopping, sites and restaurants. I recommend the La Vaca, an amazing steakhouse across the street!

Amazing views!!!

Nigel & Ana's apartment is wonderful, just like the pictures, and very clean. The view from the balcony was wonderful, especially at sunset. The king-size bed was so comfy! One of the pools that we used was the beachfront infinity pool and the views were amazing! Security at the premises was also superb. The Grand Venetian Restaurant is being remodeled. There’s only a small palapa where there are only a few options, like ceviche, nachos, etc., and of course drinks, this is something to be considered. Also, there is a parking lot next door and there are some nights where people would park and gather and just blast music from their cars. This would occur around 3 am, but I understand that the owner/property manager has no control over it. The balcony is huge and we had a great time. we did enjoy our stay since it is close to many delicious restaurants and Uber was easy to access and drive us to downtown. Gabriela went above and beyond to make our stay simply incredible. I will definitely recommend this place.
