This is a fully-equipped 1 bedroom condo with beautiful views of Banderas Bay. Living room and master bedroom share a large 25 feet balcony, where the sliding doors open up wide and create an open feeling where the breeze flows through generously. Wireless internet throughout the condo.

A Smart TV is mounted on the living room wall to enjoy channels and your Netflix. Master bedroom has one king size bed which comfortably sleeps 2 adults and own wall mounted Smart TV. Lastly, the ensuite bathroom and shower provide comfort and privacy.
The kitchen is loaded with all the pots, pans and cooking utensils needed to cook a four course meal for your family or just to whip up a snack. In addition, a blender, coffee maker and toaster are at your service. You can sit on top of barstools at the kitchen bar or make your way to the dining table to seat up to 4 people at once. A propane BBQ is available under request for $100.00USD up to 7 days
The living area features a large sectional couch and a huge Smart TV for entertainment purposes. Bedroom has a king size firm bed. We also provide 2 individual folding mattresses where 2 kids or teen can be accommodated and a folding single bed for an additional adult guest is provided on request. Another full bathroom for guests or visits Is located on this área.

A washer and dryer are located in the unit and are available for stays of one week or more.

THE DEVELOPMENT
This high-end property is private for owners and renters. The entrances are gated and security is on-site 24/7. There are four pools to choose from including two large beachfront, infinity pools with exquisite views of downtown Puerto Vallarta, boating and beach activities. Underground parking spaces are included in addition to an exercise center, tennis courts and game room for your enjoyment.
Vacation Complex is 10 minutes from the airport by taxi, and 10 minutes by bus ($0.60 US) to downtown.
The grounds are meticulously manicured, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Cabs are readily available and the bus stops right in front of the property. Grocery stores (Wal-mart, Sam's Club, Costco, Soriana), restaurants, Starbucks, cinema (movies in English with Spanish sub-titles) and many other conveniences are within walking distance. Right across the street are fine dining options such as Campomar for seafood, La Dolce Vita (italian), La Vaca Argentina (steaks) and La Madalena (international) amongst others.
Along the beach it's a 45 minute walk to the city center. Vacation Complex is one of the few condo developments located within the busy and vibrant hotel zone. Gorgeous views of the ocean, and a beautiful sunset from inside the condo.

Vacation complex is located in the "Hotel Zone" or "Zona Hotelera" and is the center point of Puerto Vallarta, in-between Marina Vallarta and El Centro (downtown). There are several delicious restaurants, nightclubs and grocery stores within walking distance and you are also a short bus or taxi ride away from the bustling streets of downtown or a tranquil walk in the Marina. Busses stop right outside the development and taxis can be ordered from the lobby to pick you up inside the grounds. I would recommend not renting a car and instead relying on the affordable transportation options that are nearby.
La Isla, (steps away from Vacation complex) Vallarta's newest and most high-end shopping center complete with restaurants, name brand stores and a VIP movie theater . This unit is at 6th floor, so children supervision is required
There is a beach club nearby closing 9.00 pm mostly at weekend days, a noisy public access to the beach street and while most guests are not bothered by the occasional noise almost imperceptible if you close balcony sliding doors, it should be noted. If noise bothers, you can report to guards and they will report it to authorities-
