Experience unmatched luxury in this stunning two-story penthouse at the prestigious Bella Sirena Resort. With 3 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and room for up to 8 guests, this beautifully designed condo offers comfort, style, and breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez.

Located in the heart of Building D, the penthouse provides panoramic vistas of the resort grounds and ocean, along with direct beach access and access to multiple pools and hot tubs throughout the property.

Inside, two spacious living areas create the perfect setting for relaxation and entertaining. The primary bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, and sweeping ocean views, plus an ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate shower room. The second bedroom also has a king bed, smart TV, and a similar spa-style bathroom with a tub and oversized shower. The third bedroom offers a cozy retreat with its own sink and private shower room.

Whether you're enjoying the peaceful mornings on the balcony or entertaining in one of the elegant living spaces, this penthouse delivers a true luxury experience.

Note: The private hot tub is currently out of service.

Relaxing

This location was relaxing and very spacious. The area was very clean. Cleaning services do come at an additional cost. So even the basics like throwing out trash is something you need to take care of. You do have a washer and dryer available but I believe you have to supply your own detergent. I have seen at other locations little daily bags of detergent provided by the host. So those are just little things. But on the other hand they did provide purified drinking water, condiments for cooking, some Mexican coyotas so there are give and takes. There were some cosmetic things that dido need to be fixed like a few holes and cracks in the walls but nothing that affected our stay. We did go without water for about an hour but there are notices that they were having water issues. Other than that our stay was great. My husband is usually ready to go home and this time he mentioned he could have stayed an extra day or 2. The beds were comfortable as well. We already recommend this place to family.

NOT a stunning Penthouse

Positives:Decent viewKitchen well stockedSpace for family to spread outNegatives (too many to list, here are a few):*Hot tub in original listing and in pictures not in good order. Obvious that it had been out of order for some time. Ironically when I addressed this with owner the picture disappeared and a note added to VRBO*All bathrooms had caulking and unfinished work. Upstairs when showering it ran down wall. *Fans in downstairs bedroom bath and above bed not working. Creating a very musty odor.*Drain in downstairs bath would not secure. Unable to soak in tub.*Laundry room door would not shut, so we had to listen to machines*Downstairs bath had disgusting stains on wall*Notified owner.. his solution to move a family of 5 to another unit after we had settled in for 3 days. Where was he going to move us? No trust in that, and again disrupting our stay. He also offered maintenance. The scale of maintenance would have taken days, again disrupting our much needed vacation to an unacceptable level. He offered 10% on next stay. 10% of 3,600 is an insult. In addition we typically only need a 1-2 bedrooms. He will most likely state he offered solutions. Lip service to cover his listing. This unit should not even be on VRBO until “STUNNING” description in good order. I have stayed in multiple units at the Bella Sirena. On occasion 1 or 2 items needed to be addressed. It happens. Never at this level. We feel totally taken and mislead. Not acceptable

Great penthouse for a family vacation

The spacious and luxurious penthouse at Bella Sirena was perfect for our blended family of 6 and could have fit a couple more comfortably. Large and well appointed kitchen. 3 master suites!
