Welcome to this beautiful condo that has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This vacation home is only 3 minutes from the beach and 12 minutes to the Washington street mall. This beach house also comes with 2 outside showers and onsite parking. If you love coming to Cape May to enjoy fall and winter festivals then you will take comfort in knowing that this elegant condo is only 4 minutes to the Cape May Convention Hall and comes with a gas fireplace that you can warm up to after a day filled with enjoyment. Come and relax at our home away from home and enjoy everything that Cape May New Jersey has to offer!

We stayed here for the weekend to attend our friends wedding! You could not beat the location. It was walkable to the main areas of Cape May and the wedding events!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Cape May apt . It was very clean and comfortable and more than enough room for the 6 of us , including two little boys of 2 and 4 years old. only one block from the beach and stores, restaurants, and an arcade. Definitely coming back.Contact with host was pleasant and quick. absolutely no complaints

18 th annual girls trip

Four long time friends , we go every September to either Wildwood or Cape May , this house was perfect in size , amenities and location . Would definitely book here again .

Great location!

Great location, perfect communication with very friendly owner, clean, well-stocked with movies and games - would be even more perfect if there was a porch/deck and outdoor grill available - dangerous little ledge between kitchen and living room that we all tripped on several times - overall, wonderful several day visit to Cape May!

Nice Beach condo-convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping.

My husband and I have stayed at this beach condo for several years. It’s a nice place to relax and enjoy with a lot of amenities. One block from the beach and easy walk to Washington mall and all that offers.

Classic shore home in a great location

My husband and I enjoyed a long fall weekend in Cape May in this lovely apartment. Very clean, nice layout, very functional kitchen. The location is excellent, within an easy walk to everything.

Nice Place in a Convenient location

Nice Place in a Convenient location. There is an inconvenient step in the middle of the first floor entering the kitchen that you need to be mindful of. We had a few folks trip on it over the 3 night stay.

It was a cute and cozy house. It was the perfect location for a Congress Hall wedding!

So close to the beach which was great. We had everything that we needed. I do prefer darkening curtains in the bedrooms compared to blinds because it is very bright in the morning. We were able to walk everywhere which made it alot easier. It was only a short drive to the zoo and wildwood. Overall it was a really great trip!

One Block from the Beach!

Loved our time in Cape May. Condo was one block from the beach and a short walk to shopping and dining. Nicely stocked with cleaning products, kitchen supplies, dishes, pots, pans, etc. Loved the outdoor showers. The owner Kerrie was super helpful and very responsive. We had 6 adults and as such, the space was a little tight for us. All in all, we were extremely pleased with the condo.

Great location!

We loved our 3-night stay in Cape May at Kerrie’s condo. It was our first time in Cape May and we were very happy with our choice of lodging. The listing is described accurately, and the interior photos don’t do it justice. 5 adults slept comfortably, and we walked everywhere: the beach (1 block away), Washington Commons, and the lighthouse (quite a ways down the beach.). The 10-minute drive to Sunset Beach was well worth the drive. The restaurants open for indoor and patio seating tomorrow (mid-COVID-19) but the kitchen was fine for seating 5 with additional folding chairs in master BR closet. I called Kerrie once with a question about beach tags as that was a new concept for us, and she was very helpful. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Girls weekend

Kitchen pots/pans and other appliances in good shape which was nice. Very short walk to beach and overall good location. Sadly last remaining beach chair in unit was broken when we tried it and 2nd one was missing. . Owner very easy to contact and responsive which was good as property manager was not. Could use new mattresses in both bedrooms, especially the queen bed or better foam mattress toppers. Ones on bed just pieces of foam that slid all over the place . Just not comfortable at all. . Nicely decorated rooms.

Great location in Cape May

Rental is one short block from beach with very easy access for the group staying due to keyless entry. My family enjoyed their stay. I gave 4 stars on cleanliness because there was a jelly stain that dripped the length of the dishwasher, and the corners of bathroom floors could have been mopped or wiped up with more effort. I'd have given five stars otherwise. The sleep sofa mattress was not the most comfortable for older adult guests, but it was fine for younger adults. I do recommend this property. The owner is quick to respond to questions in the time between the booking and the stay. My family also rented linens, bath towels, and beach umbrellas from LL instead of packing all of those necessities. The owner gives a list of linen rental companies. The washer/dryer in the unit was utilized for bath towels and beach towels daily.

Great Location

The pros: The big draw is the location of the condo- that gets 5 stars. It’s only 1 block to the beach and we could walk to numerous restaurants, shopping, the arcades, mini golf and Congress Hall. AC worked well, good water pressure in the showers. 2 full baths was a plus for the size of the place. There were also 2 private entrances which made the small condo feel more spacious and an off street parking space. Small washer and dryer in the kitchen was convenient. The Cons: unfortunately the property either hadn’t been cleaned in a while or the cleaning service did a pretty bad job. Bathrooms were ok but kitchen was pretty bad with food particles in sink and drying rack, coffee spilled and left on coffee maker, spills on walls, dried pancake batter on the kitchen cabinets and dirty trashcans. There was a layer of dust on every baseboard, window sill, ceiling fan and Knick knack. Property owner was very nice and apologetic but no effort was actually made to fix the situation. I ended up spending 2 hours cleaning the place so that I felt comfortable enough to eat and sleep there which was a bummer but it eased my mind. Layout is a bit choppy as it’s an old home divided into condos. Steps to 2nd floor are steep (typical for old homes). You can only access the bathrooms through the bedrooms which was ok for our young family but could be awkward depending on the guest arrangement. There is no outside sitting area. However, I found a folding chair that I took outside on the front entrance area to read and people watch and it worked ok for me. We mainly used the place to shower and sleep. Otherwise we were out and about so it worked well for what we needed. It was quiet and convenient just needs a good deep clean.

Wonderful Place to Stay in Cape May

Loved the location of this condo - so close to the beach and convenient to everything while also quiet and away from the business of the crowds on Beach Avenue. The owner is a wonderful communicator and responsive to inquiries m, etc.

Great location - Comfortable and Quiet

When you can step out the front door and see your beach entrance a block away it is a great vacation! A couple blocks either way to great eating options as well. The location is wonderful. The two bedroom set up with two bathrooms was exactly what we needed. We were traveling with friends and kids. The two TVs available for streaming made the pre-teens happy during beach recovery time. A couple different places to play board games. A side entrance for easy access to the car for easy load in and out. Air conditioning works well. Showers have good water pressure. The drying line out back was nice to have. The kitchen was well stocked to make your own meals. Really happy with the rental and would stay here again.
