Bored of Education is a cozy, waterfront retreat directly on Black Lake, ideal for families or couples seeking a peaceful escape. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath home comfortably sleeps up to four guests and features a main-floor primary bedroom with a queen bed, plus an open loft with two twin beds ideal for older children or teens. Enjoy private lake access with swimming right from the property, a 50-foot private dock, a fire pit, and an electric fireplace. The home includes WiFi, smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, washer and dryer, linens and towels, and parking for two vehicles with trailers. Located within easy driving distance of grocery stores, ORV trails, boating access, and popular Northern Michigan destinations, this quiet lakeside home offers comfort, convenience, and a classic up-north experience. No parties, no pets, and one exterior security camera is present.

Snowmobiles: a person (resident and nonresident) that operates a snowmobile in Michigan is required to purchase a snowmobile trail permit. The trail permit enables snowmobilers to ride state-designated trails and thousands more miles of public roads and on public lands (where authorized). It is valid for one year, which begins Oct. 1 and ends Sept. 30 of the following year. State-designated trails are open Dec. 1-March 31 and grooming occurs when there is enough snow on the ground.
