Upon entering the cottage, the first floor welcomes you with a cozy living room featuring a wide-screen TV and a fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. French doors lead to outdoor spaces, extending the living area into the fresh coastal air. The kitchen is well-appointed with a dining table for four, ideal for enjoying meals prepared with local ingredients or fresh seafood.

Sleeping arrangements include a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed and an en suite full bath featuring a custom tiled walk-in shower, offering privacy and comfort. A second bedroom with twin beds provides flexibility for families or friends traveling together. An additional full bath with a combined tub and shower ensures convenience for all guests.

Outside, shared grounds lead guests to the shoreline adjacent to the owner's main residence, Bagatelle, and a small guest house, Bagatelle Guest Cottage.
