It’s perfect for swimming, beach games, reading, or just soaking in the sun. Amenities include public restrooms, outdoor showers, lifeguards (in season), a picnic area, and concessions.

Our updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home has everything you need for a memorable and comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, but chances are you’ll spend most of your time outside enjoying the brand-new stone patio, gas fire pit, and comfy seating area.

Inside, unwind in the spacious main living room, which features a smart TV with Comcast cable, large windows, and scenic views. For extra space to spread out, the converted garage offers a second lounge area with a smart TV and comfy seating—perfect for kids, teens, or guests looking for a little separation from the main living area. (Please note: the garage door is still fully functional, even though the space is set up for relaxing, there is heat and a/c.)

Fire up the grill and enjoy outdoor dining on the private deck, surrounded by conservation land for added privacy and natural beauty.

Though tucked away, you're just minutes from Route 28's best restaurants, shopping, beaches, and nightlife—plus ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Located in historic West Yarmouth, you’ll have access to 15 saltwater beaches, 5 freshwater beaches, and 2 golf courses, all in one of the Cape’s oldest and most charming towns.

The hosts, Hildur and Gary, were wonderful and greeted us upon arrival along with wine, which was so sweet. The property didn't disappoint. As a family of four, it was more than enough space. We even had an empty room if we wanted to host. I am going to miss the view - marsh and then ocean in the distance. I think for us with young kids, it was wonderful to have a yard and complete privacy but it was also close to all the things we needed - grocery stores, restaurants, mini-golf, beaches, etc. Highly recommend and we will be booking this again next year!

Great week!

We’ve rented on the Cape for 14 years, and this was by far the best experience. The cleanliness, space, and location were ideal. While it had many amenities, we found the back yard such a highlight. The gas fire pit was so nice to sit around after a long day at the beach. We never turned on the television once, as looking out over the marsh in the evening was a nightly routine. Hildur and Gary were readily available whenever needed. Also, it was nice to be greeted by Gary on the day of check-in. He showed us around and explained where things were. He made sure we were going to be comfortable. Another huge plus was being able to have our dogs with us. It was the first year we were able to bring them, as many places on the Cape don’t allow pets. Again, it just added to the overall great experience. We truly hope to stay again next year.

A Great Place to Stay!

This is a wonderful property with beautiful views of the marsh. The hosts have thought of everything to make sure their guest have a great stay, and respond right away to questions. Clean and fully appointed kitchen. Great outside seating area with fire pit. We stayed during the coronavirus crisis and the hosts respected all MA guidelines for safety. A lovely experience for our family.

We had a great stay at the home. It was within walking distance to Seagull Beach and the property itself had a lovely yard for sitting and enjoying the view.

House with a quiet private view

The home is just what we were looking for. Location:private very quiet. Beautiful view in the backyard to wake up to and as the sun sets on the marsh. In the distance watching boats come and go along side seagull beach. Kites flying in the distance on the beach. An enjoyable bike ride to seagull beach, 2 miles. Close to the main drag to grab a quick bite to eat or have a drink. Home: Was tidy and comfortable. Linens were provided, and beds had to be made once we arrived. Queen and 2 twin beds were comfortable. 2 bathrooms were wonderful to have with 4 people staying in the home. Back patio and fire pit in the evenings were perfect. There is also a patio heater if you may need it for a cooler night. A nice touch having that available. Owners: Quick response when you contact them and very friendly.

Gorgeous views and convenient location

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay, but the location and especially the views from this beautifully decorated and comfortable home, are just incredible. Owners were so friendly and welcoming, they have truly have thought of everything you could possibly need. We’re looking forward to the next visit already.

House with a view

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house with such fantastic views! Quiet and relaxing with a variety of wildlife to watch from the back deck and patio. The house was spacious for our needs, comfortable and contained every amenity needed. Seagull beach was a short drive from the house. Hildur and Gary were very accommodating and helpful.

Great relaxing vacation, easy access to lovely beaches and beautiful views!

Wonderful house with all amenities, quiet neighborhood with lovely backyard views. The moon rise from backyard fire pit was AMAZING!! Hildur and Gary were great and ensured our stay was fantastic. We brought our bikes which were very helpful to tour the area as well as easily access the nice beaches in the area.

Wonderful!

This was our second year staying at this lovely vacation home. Hildur and Gary go above and beyond when it comes to creating a place for you to stay for your summer vacation. They make sure that you have everything you could possibly want or need for a relaxing time. Wine, fresh flowers, beautiful new kitchen, laundry, 2 modern bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a lovely firepit with comfortable outside seating, beautiful views and not to mention the home is spotless! Amazing!

The house is pristine! Hildur and Gary are very friendly and accommodating. They provided us with the major necessities (towels, paper goods, utensils etc). The house is in a cute neighborhood that is very family friendly.

West Yarmouth house on the marsh

We had a great time with family, staying at Hildur and Gary’s house. They were both attentive and friendly hosts, on hand to fix an unexpected AC leak and water heater problem. The house is nicely equipped with all the amenities, and within a 5 minute drive to a warm water beach (which had a lot of seaweed when we were there,, but otherwise the beach was great). We would definitely go back!

Absolutely Wonderful!

This vacation home was absolutely wonderful. Clean, updated, great location, wonderful owners and every detail was carefully thought out. The view was spectacular and the home offered much privacy. Being situated in a family neighborhood made long morning and evening walks enjoyable. Roasting marshmallows on the fire pit overlooking the water view offered spectacular family enjoyment. Having Seagull beach 1 mile away just added to the convenience and stress free fun. Hildur and Gary thought of everything in this summer home. We were greeted with wine and fresh cut flowers and for our entire stay every need was met. We look forward to returning to this lovely vacation home in the future. Debbie Petrone

A Delightful Suprise

First visit to Cape Cod (Aug. 2017) was a good one, in no small part due to this wonderful property! There were 4 people in our group and we found it to be a great place to relax. Location: The house sits on the edge of a marsh area at the end of a quiet street, kind of tucked away; a pretty quiet area for the most part. Also, just 5 minutes driving to Sea Gull Beach. Then just 2 minutes away is the "main drag" where you'll find just about everything you need as far as shopping and restaurants. It was only about 15-20 minutes (in traffic) to the nearest ferry to the Vineyard and Nantucket - easy peasy. House: super cute, nice bedrooms (not too big, not too small); kitchen generally stocked to meet most culinary needs (only thing missing is the food); cable, wi-fi, DVDs, and books provided more than enough entertainment when staying in; a deck with grills, another seating area and a fire pit were awesome to have access to; newer laundry facilities were an added bonus; no shortage of towels, etc.; a really comfy livingroom/TV area. You can venture out and see the rest of the Cape, or hang out at the house and watch boats off in the distance and all the wildlife go by. Would definitely rent this property again.

Awesome Cape Cod Vacation!

This is a wonderfully comfortable and well appointed home. Owners could not be nicer and more accommodating. The view of the water is spectacular. Bring your binoculars and enjoy the nature show that is on 24-7. Very centrally located with plenty to do nearby. We could not have been happier. Love love love.

Perfect Location!

My husband and I and our little dog were looking for a long weekend away, and we found the perfect home! It is in a great location where you can walk a lovely little neighborhood, and it's a short distance from Seagull Beach, which is just beautiful! The home is laid out perfectly and had a gorgeous view! It was very relaxing and comfortable! It's right near a major Rte but in a quiet area located at the end of a dead end street so it's very private! Our overall experience was an A+, and we could recommend it to anyone looking to have a nice, relaxing, but close to it all vacation! Thank you Hildur!
