You’ll be staying in someone’s home so please be respectful and treat the home with care. It is a quiet neighborhood so please be mindful of neighbors.

Fire works are not allowed. Loud music and disruptive behavior are not allowed.

Guests are welcome to use paddle boards provided at your own risk. We ask that you wear the lifejackets provided for extra precaution. Property owner is not responsible for inuries, accidents, or fatalities while using these items. Life jackets are provided and must be used at all times. Any damage are loss to items must be reported immediately. Guests will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs.
