We were concerned about the house being right on the main road, but we enjoyed our time at the pool and even though we knew traffic was driving buy, it was not the main focus. The landscaping, the water features of the pool and the tv with music channels took center stage. Close walk to the beach was the same or even closer than other beach vacations we have stayed at condos/beach resorts directly on the beach. The Tipsy Turtle will be our future home away from home any time we visit AMI.

This is the second year that we have stayed at the Tipsy Turtle. Our suggestions from last year were addressed. Nice, comfy new furniture in living room. Great location to the beach. Once the landscape re-grows the road noise will improve.

Close to beach and amazing private pool!

Four of us stayed here for a week and had the best time. This property is INCREDIBLE! The house is spacious, nicely updated, and the private pool is a paradise all on its own. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat! We would stay here again!

Amazing!

This place was great to stay! Steps to the beach and could come back to enjoy the pool. Loved the proximity to eats and shops as you could walk everywhere! Loved watching the dolphins from the front patio! Our family loved it!

Beautiful beach house.

Everything you need is there. Short walk to beach, great pool. Traffic noise was the only downside, just bring your noise canceling headphones for the front porch!

Spacious and really clean

Great place very close to beach. The house was large and spacious. The amenities were great and the location is perfect. The pool is very secluded but with little sun. The only detraction is that this property is right off the main road so there is some road noise. The rental agent is very responsive and we would stay here again!

Wonderful house!

My husband and I stayed at Tipsy Turtle along with our two adult children. We loved this house! The location was fantastic - just steps from the beach. The house was spotless and the management was extremely helpful and pleasant. We loved the heated pool especially since the weather wasn't as fantastic as we had hoped. Thank you for making our vacation so wonderful!

Excellent stay at Tipsy Turtle

Had a great time at the Tipsy Turtle. House was spotless on arrival. Everything was as pictured. Steps from the beach, with a view of the ocean from the kitchen/family room. Only downside was its by a busy street, which we one on the way in, and was not a deal breaker. We would stay here again.

Lovely home near beach

Pretty home with nicely equipped kitchen 1/2 block from beach and 1 block from beach restaurant. Great pool. Comfortable beds. Sunny with a nice view. Be sure to bring or buy shampoo and dishwasher/clothes washer pods if you are going to do laundry or dishes.

Wonderful home with excellent location.

We loved everything about our stay, but the house could have been better provisioned with things like soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, and other household necessities. Make sure to stop by the store on your way!

Wonderful getaway

The place is amazing. Great location and the pool is very convenient specially with kids. They can jump in and out from pool to breach and back. We had a very relaxing vacation thanks to Tipsy Turtle. The response time to all our request and concerns were very fast and handled quickly. We will definitely be back here for our Anna Maria Island vacation in the future🌴

Close to Beach!

Great location and view! Responsive to A/C issue which was repaired the same day. Living room furniture needs to be cleaned and a few appliances in kitchen in need of maintenance. Wish ceiling fan on front porch had been working

Beautiful home with a view

Overall, the home was great! We could have used more pots and pans in the kitchen and wished the TV on the back porch would’ve worked. I would’ve liked some extra blankets as it got very chilly at night since it was December. The view from the front patio and living room was amazing! I just wish we could have heard the ocean instead of all the traffic noise.

Beautiful house with easy access to beach

Great vacation house for our family of four. Beautifully decorated and beds comfortable. The massive master bathroom is attached to the room with 2 double beds. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat. Two minute walk to the ocean. Beach is beautiful. As every other review mentions, you are on the edge of a street that is very busy during the day. We have an 8 year old and almost 2 year old and it did not add stress to our vacation. Fountain of pool very smart addition to block some street noise. Great view of the ocean from front deck. We had a fantastic first vacation to AMI.

Beautiful house, steps to the beach

This house was gorgeous! The front patio was rather loud with all the traffic as stated in other reviews. The pool was ok. We had issues with the heater on the pool but management was attentive and came to address. Although it still didn’t get real warm for a early March stay. The backyard was nice except you really didn’t get any sunshine back there which may have contributed to the pool not being real warm. I’m sure this would be great on hot summer days in Florida. Thank befall very happy will recommend to others just knowing that about the outdoor space.
