Welcome to the newly remodeled Seychelles 901

Our condo is a three-bedroom two bath beach residence great for a large party because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. You’ll find the wraparound balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches to be wonderful. We like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf while we’re enjoying our coffee and the morning sunshine. We’ve made sure that our condo is decorated for maximum comfort. It has a really nice look that creates the feel of home at the beach. Beach service also included during season!!
From 8/18/25-2/9/26 the resort will be painting balconies during these dates so there will be workers present and scaffolding up on affected balconies. LIMITED BALCONY USE: From 9/23-10-24, guests will not have access to balcony between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday. Balcony furniture will be stored inside the condo during these dates as well per HOA instructions.

We also wanted to make this a home away from home for us and for our guests. In fact, we’ve purchased beach service so that our guests can enjoy the beach without having to lug chairs and an umbrella to the beach. Seychelles is located on Thomas Drive which makes it close to lots of the family activities available in Panama City Beach, but it’s far enough away that you won’t have to deal with lots of traffic. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment.
