You won't need much more than suntan lotion and beach towels when you and your family or friends stay at this well-appointed, Gulf front condo. Located on the 15th floor, this corner vacation rental offers some of the best views around, whether you're gazing through the many windows from inside, or feeling the Gulf breezes on your face off your private, wraparound balcony. Your well-equipped, full kitchen is fit for the chefs in your group, while meals can be enjoyed in the formal dining area with seating for everyone. And after days out exploring Panama City Beach, everyone can gather together in the living room and watch a movie or catch up on a favorite show. This complex also offers sparkling Gulf-front pools and a fitness room whenever you need it.



With its central location, you'll have all of Panama City Beach's exciting attractions right at your fingertips! Shipwreck Island Waterpark is just seven miles away, but kids can also experience the fun and excitement of Gulf World Marine Park just a little over 10 miles from your front door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect for our family of adults and littles. Great location with amazing views of the gulf, bay and channel.

Excellent location & Great Family Getaway

Thank you for sharing your condo with us! We had an amazing family vacation. The condo had a great layout; the views were amazing; the decor warm & comfortable; the amenities worked great; the parking easy, and loved the quick access to the beach. Would definitely choose this stay again in the future

Beach get away

View of the Beach and ocean were beautiful. Condo was perfect for our party of 5. Kitchen has everything needed to cook a meal. Has toiletries to get you started. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and out process was easy. Would highly recommend this facility.

Great location

Very nice location on the beach, down from super crowded roads! Floors in unit were kinda dirty - not just from sand, but maybe inevitable. . Overall very pleased. Exactly as in pics and online walkthrough.

Beautiful complex, Beautiful condo and spectacular views!

We had a incrediable time the moment we walked into our 15th. floor condo. It was a beautiful place with everything we needed. Stepping out on the patio gave us a spectacular views of the ocean and surrounding area. We hated to say good-bye this morning but will remember the wonderful time we had here with my Husband and 94 year old Mother. Even at her age she laid on the beach and went in the hottub provided. Thank you for making our trip so special.

Amazing!! :))

Everything about this place was heavenly! From everything inside to the amazing views from the wraparound balcony! Everything was so breathtaking we didn't want to leave! I highly recommend this place! The only minor downside was it was very very humid inside this condo during our stay, so the dry furniture, linens, & clothes were damp the whole entire trip. So if this would bother you then I wouldn't stay here. But other than that this place receives five stars and I would stay here a hundred times over!!!!

Early Spring Warmth!

Came in with a friend to find a clean, comfortable condo with a great view! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the sunset and the boats. This condo also has a view of the sunrise as well. The beds were comfortable, the baths were clean. The Wifi was fast. The TV was well placed - we used it for music. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. I am a repeat customer for Seychelles, been coming here for years... The facility was lovely and clean and the pool is heated in the winter months. I will be back again...

Would stay again!

Gorgeously decorated, great location (putting our name in at Schooners and waiting the 1.5 hours comfortably in the unit is GOLD), and the views are amazing. During the day, you can see the beach/ocean (from this height, you can see any marine life near the shore, and we saw several schools of manta-rays). After dark, you have city lights AND the moon as a backdrop. There was a very rare moon while we were there, and I literally had strangers ask to view from our corner unit hahaha. New friends! In all seriousness though, yes this is a lovely property and we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

Amazing place

I loved this condo. I traveled with my parents who are in their 60’s and three teenagers. Everyone had plenty of space. The two boys shared the bunk room, my niece and I shared the queen room and my parents had the master. The balcony is huge!! The property itself is beautiful and easy to navigate. The elevators were fast. The staff was so friendly. They have shaved ice everyday at 1pm and they do a game with the kids to see if they can win a free one. I’ll definitely look for this place when I come back. The guys managing the chairs were super friendly as well.

Panama City Cozy

This little condo was so stinking CUTE! It was well appointed with wonderfully soft beds, crisp white linens and plenty of towels. The kitchens is tiny but has everything you need. The owners had thoughtful touches like extra pillows, clothing hangers, and inside the closet there was a nice shoe rack and hooks to hang bags. The balcony was nice however, the chairs left something to be desired. They were kinda tired. The check in process was so easy and quick and check even quicker. Oh and this place has TWO POOLS. They are shallow(no diving) but clean and cool. It was convenient that Schooners bar and grill was right next door, even though the food as highly priced and the drinks higher. They had a couple appetizer that were decently priced. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

This condo has great potential and I am sure if a few details were addressed, it would be a more enjoyable stay. The location was great! The wrap around balcony and the views were amazing! The balcony furniture needs some TLC. The parking was wonderful and secure. There was a very generous supply of towels and complimentary toiletries. In general, the condo was really nice, but there were a few issues. The kitchen was lacking in dishes, utensils and cookware. The rug had stains on it and there were some items we found under the bed and sleeper sofa which were left from other visitors. The beds for two are smaller than we expected. Overall, we were disappointed with the resort, but mostly happy with the condo.

Good, not great

Pros: - The Gulf is your backyard. - Very comfy bed and bedding - Plenty of bath towels were provided. - Check in and out was slick. Cons: - Unit smelled like urine and musty. - You had to get up at the crack of dawn and wait in line for an hour to have a prayer of securing a front-row seat at the beach as most of the front row was already reserved and paid for. This should have been better explained in the listing. - For the price, this unit should have had higher-quality, more comfortable outdoor furniture rather than the cheap, hard plastic chairs and a chaise. Not comfortable. - Seemed like the maintenance guy closed the pool often and for no reason.
