The space
• Expansive open-plan living, dining & kitchen area overlooks the stunning waterfront and opens out to a large balcony view of the Nerang River and Gold Coast hinterland. The multiple living areas both upstairs and downstairs give you options for your stay.

• Large entertainment Lounge is fitted with a pool table, casual seating & TV which joins the dining area and kitchen on the upper level. There is also a second living area and kitchen on the ground floor opening out to the yard with access to the pool and waterfront.

• With main river access from the jetty which is perfect for boating, fishing & entertaining.

• The yard is fenced and has a swimming pool and large grass area on the waterfront for the kids to play on or to relax & soak up the sun. There is a BBQ so you can cook up with views of the water and hinterland.

• There is a large park located next to the house which is perfect for games of backyard cricket and football matches with the family.
