  1. Book your summer holiday home in February to get the best selection of homes. By April, over 70%* of summer stays will be booked on the site.

  2. Be flexible on beach holidays during summer months: use the app to look for the availability of the perfect holiday home, whether it’s at a beach, city, or mountain destination.

  3. Book a shoulder season stay. Rates drop after the high season, making October the sweet spot when average daily rates are the lowest, such as Norfolk, North Yorkshire, Gloucestershire or Lakeland and Winter Haven in Florida, while the weather remains nice.
