The living-room (20m²/ south, north and east facing) quiet and bright room,with two windows that overlook a large and beautiful terrace ( 40 m²). It is composed with a sofa, an arm-chair, a coffee table. The chimney gives a warm atmosphere to the room. A table with chairs and a piano complete the furniture.

The kitchen (4m²/west and east facing) is equipped with all the cooking and eating utensils you’ll need :a fridge,a traditional oven, a cooking top, a sink and a small dish washer. The kitchen gives access to the terrace.
The washing-machine is located on the terrace.

The small bathroom(2,30m²/east facing) is equipped with a shower, a sink, a bidet and a toilet.

The terrace (40 m² south/west/east facing), a very spacious terrace, has 2 tables and chairs. It offers a beautiful view over the rooftops of Florence, Santa Maria del Fiore, Santa Croce and Palazzo Vecchio.

A stone staircase goes down to the 4th floor. A large corridor, with two wardrobes, leads to the bathroom on the left and to a double room. Down the corridor there is a room with two simple beds.

The double room (18,50m²/south facing) is equipped with a double bed, two bedside tables,a wardrobe and a dresser. At the foot of the bed there ts a trunk

The room with two single beds (15,50m²/ south and west facing) is equipped with awardrobe and a tble.

The rooms communicate through a Corridor (7m²)

The bathroom (3,50m²/east facing) has a bath with shower, a sink, a bidet and a toilet.



Located in the south-east of Florence city centre, the Santa Croce district has a very interesting history whose emblem is represented by the basilica that gave its name to the district: Santa Croce.
Over the centuries, the church has become a burial place for many great Florentine figures such as Michelangelo and Galileo; it is surrounded by historic palaces that populate the area.

But Santa Croce is not only a neighborhood for art lovers: in the area nearby the church, with its characteristic small streets, it is still possible to find workshops of craftsmen as framers, restorers and antique shops as well as restaurants and bars that come to life in the evening.
Its centrality makes it possible to move very easily and quickly in Florence: the Bargello Museum is a 2 minute walk, the Santa Croce square 5 minutes and a little further, the famous Ponte Vecchio.
