A Wonderful Stay

The apartment is in a very nice part of town. It is a walkable distance to all of the important sights in Florence. The hostess was attentive to all of our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All and all this is a very good value.

Excellent!

Excellent host and excellent place to stay! I highly recommend this listing. Perfect location to walk to museums and other historic interests. Also close walk to shopping and right near the river. It was great!

Nice Flat, don’t expect parking

Nice flat. Clean, linens provided though you make the bed, bathroom towels leave a lot to be desired and couldn’t make the shower work. The listing says that parking is available and that there is on site parking, which is only partly true. I booked this flat because of that and was willing to pay more than surrounding listings. When I reached out to the property manager to enquire I was basically told “good luck” as you need to find a blue lined spot, which is outside of the flat but it’s public parking so first come, first served. Apparently there is a garage, but it’s no longer available. I said the listing should be changed to reflect that it is not guaranteed, it has not yet to be changed. So, don’t expect it or ask ahead. There is nothing on the listing that says you need to enquire about it ahead of time, and you won’t get help from the manager. She was responsive, at least, but I was very disappointed at the inaccurate listing.

The host was very friendly and helpful. She made she we had everything we needed. The AC wasn’t working too well, but the host found us a fan which made it much better in the extreme heat. Excellent location, beautiful apartment.

Perfect little apartment in excellent location

The apartment is exactly as listed which is always a pleasant surprise! And the location really couldn't have been better. Everything we needed in the apartment, good beds, linen and kitchen utensils were fine for cooking simple meals - all the appliances worked well. Annalisa was a lovely and extremely accommodating/helpful host as we dealt with a errant passport and Italian post office - really wouldn't have got it back without her! Highly recommend!!

Location location location.

Beautiful area and 3rd floor apartment (4th floor US). Staircase is not for the faint of heart (no elevator), but nothing after what we did all day. Central to most attractions. 10-20 min walk to Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, Michelangelo's Terrace, etc. Check in was seamless, as was checkout and interactions in between. Would definitely stay there again!

Sadly, we only stayed one day. This would have been a wonderful place to stay for an entire week or more in Florence. Absolutely adorable, clean, well stocked, easy access, comfortable. It could not have been better, Thank you.

Great place in a nice neighborhood

We liked the loft, also the fans and air conditioning was very helpful in the Florence summertime heat. We also liked the kitchen. It was well-stocked and felt like home. My daughter liked the cabinets with the candy. Overall, the apartment was quaint and comfortable. The three flights of stairs made for a good workout!

Fabulous apartment in a wonderful location!

We had a wonderful stay here. It was incredibly comfortable, convenient and just as described. Annalisa was terrific with her coordination. I left my phone at home and was able to communicate with her via WhatsApp. She was very flexible and friendly. Will prefer to stay here when coming back! Thank you for sharing this lovely apartment.

Perfect Retreat

Florence is buzzing with tourists and this Apartment is the perfect oasis. We grabbed food from a local market and enjoyed most of our dinners in the kitchenette, but if you in the mood for a coffee, beer, wine or pizza there plenty of wonderful restraints and cafes in the neighborhood.

Lovely appartment close to Firenze center

Great location! Good communication with the host! The listing stated there was a washer in the unit. But that was not the case! There was no washer. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit was extremely weak which made this stay uncomfortable for our family.

Great little place

The apartment is small but very comfortable and plenty of room for four. The unit was actually better than the pictures showed. The manager was very nice but does not speak English. This is a third floor walk up but the stairs are easy.

This is a cozy apartment that is VERY convenient to walk to everything you’d like to do in Firenze. The neighborhood bar/cafes are lovely and the people are friendly. The laundry is not in the unit as advertised. The AC is far too weak to recommend this for warm weather. However, if you are traveling during a season when no AC is needed, then you cannot go wrong. I recommend walking the hill to the Piazze Michelangelo, the view in the evening is amazing!

Beware

Air Condition didn’t work. Trust me. I’m a HVAC engineer and the thermostat was in the cooling mode and the split system evaporator wouldn’t produce cold air for nothing. Probably OK to stay during the winter, but not when the outdoor temperature was 75-83 degrees F. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and it was tough getting up those stairs with luggage. Parking is terrible. The closest park (costs) was at least a 1/2 mile away. Don’t forget with luggage. This apartment was not in the center of things. It was still a hike to get to food and sights. Thank goodness it was one night. We had booked multiple VRBO’s during our stay in Italy and this place was the worst.

Proche du centre historique, dommage on entre dans l'appartement par la chambre principale,il n'y a pas de piece où se détendre, la cuisine est minimaliste et cerise sur le gâteau, dernier étage et pas des moindres. Barrière de la langue.
