Great Location

I loved the location of this property. S. Pearl Street is so much fun, with all the restaurants and cute shops.The property is quiet and peaceful.

Denver Solo Trip

Kara's bungalow was absolutely perfect for my solo trip to Denver! Loved exploring local coffee shops/restaurants near the rental, but also appreciated how close it was to Downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. Took a trip to Boulder and Red Rocks, both easily accessible from this location!

Cute apartment with great location

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was a great location. The area has several restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was also an easy drive into the city. The host was easy to get in contact with and very responsive. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Great neighborhood

This location was perfect for our stay that included activities at Denver University. It was close to great unique shops and restaurants. Our host Kara was very accommodating and her property had lots of board games, TV and extras to cook you own.

Great neighborhood

The neighborhood had a great coffee place called Steam within walking distance along with others. Many hood restaurants were in walking distance or really close by. There was a nice park within walking distance also. You can get to downtown quickly.

Great little place in a great little neighborhood

We usually stay at a hotel in Cherry Creek when we visit our daugther at DU but we wanted to try something different. Kara's little basement apartment perfectly suited our needs. Our first day we walked just a few minutes down Pearl St. to great food and breweries. The space had everything we needed including coffee! We'd definitely stay again.

Cozy Basement Apartment

Everything was great about this place. The location, the amount of space, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen and bath were newly updated and the owner was accessible. Great location to explore the City by. Hope to come back.

Long weekend in Denver

This is the perfect property for one or two people to spend a long weekend in Denver. Great location, near restaurants, shops, parks, easy freeway access. Apartment is clean and cozy, very comfortable . The only less than ideal feature is that, as it's in the lower level of the house, it lack natural light.

Great location

My wife and I needed a place to stay while we moved our daughter into a new apartment at Denver University after her study abroad quarter. The location is awesome. 1 mile from DU, and a block from the restaurants and entertainment on S Pearl St. It is a basement apartment. We found it very clean and accommodating. The owner/manager was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We would stay there again.

Cozy little apartment

This apartment was perfect for my weekend in Denver. It was walking distance to the church where my gathering was taking place and walking distance to some very good food options. The apartment was stocked with toiletries and common condiments. Communication was very easy through Verbo with the owner. This will definitely be my go to next time I'm heading to Denver.

Great location near restaurants and coffee shops.

I visit my daughters who recently moved to Denver for work. Kara's place is a perfect spot to setup and get access to all of the shops and parks in the area.

Great spot in south Denver

Great Location

Really appreciated the location and ability to walk to shops and restaurants. Street parking was readily available when needed and Vrbo parking space was also handy. I was a little worried that it was a basement apartment but think as far as basements go it is as good as it gets and the owners have done a nice job! It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable :-) I would stay there again if I found myself back in Denver.

Perfect little place

This basement style apt was absolutely perfect for my boyfriend and I! We stayed a few days in Denver. This place was nice and close to bars and Cute coffee spots. Kara was very quick to respond and just made the experience so smooth. We will definitely plan to stay with Kara next time we travel to Denver !

Great little spot

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and had everything that we needed. The bed was comfortable and the whole place was clean. It was our first time staying in a basement, so that was a little weird, but not bad.
